We will need: two and a half glasses of flour, two eggs, one glass of kefir, half a glass of sugar, a small spoon of soda, a glass of jam (any of those found in the cupboard on the shelf or in the refrigerator - the main thing is that it is seedless).

Place the jam in a suitable wide bowl, add soda and mix. Let it sit for a few minutes. Then add kefir, sugar, flour, eggs to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Place in a baking dish greased with fat or oil. Bake at 180 in the oven for 25 minutes (or until done). Take it out and cool it. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. You can add a little cinnamon and cocoa to the powder, you can coat the top of the pie with jam and sprinkle with nuts, ground into crumbs. Act according to your own tastes and habits. Simple baked goods from kefir are ready in a hurry! You can serve this or coffee as a dessert.

Apple pie

This is a kind of variation on the charlotte theme. A very simple and tasty dish, as it contains fresh apples, and these are living vitamins, microelements and fiber!

We will need: a glass of flour, half a glass of sugar (if the apples are sour, you can add it to taste), half a glass of kefir, vegetable oil, soda. For the filling - several large apples.

We bake the pie in a ring mold so that it looks like a cake. First, prepare the dough as for pancakes - medium thickness, but so that it still flows and does not fall in pieces. Beat it well. Peel the apples, remove seeds, stems and cut them into small cubes (you cannot grate them, as the result will be porridge). Add the processed apples to the dough and mix thoroughly again. It doesn’t require much effort and won’t take up much of your precious time, and besides, it can be not only sweet. We offer a simple recipe for a fish dish that can be used as a full second dish.

We will need: three eggs, half a glass of kefir, a couple of spoons of low-fat mayonnaise, a glass of flour, soda on the tip of a knife. For the filling - a can of canned saury, pink salmon or herring in its own juice, a glass of pre-boiled rice, two onions.

Let's start cooking: first you need to knead the dough with mayonnaise and kefir - like pancakes in their thickness. Strain the liquid from the canned fish and mash it a little with a fork until smooth. Fry the onion in vegetable oil and add to the fish. There is also boiled rice. Mix the filling. Place half of the dough into a mold that suits your culinary tastes. Place the prepared filling on the dough. Fill the top with the remaining dough again. And all this goes into the oven, preheated.

Fish pie - a quick baked product made from kefir - is prepared at a temperature of 180 degrees for about half an hour. We check the dough: an ordinary wooden match should come out of the pie dry! And before taking it out of the oven, it would be good to sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and let it sit in the oven for a while. You can serve it as a full second dish, garnished with sprigs of fresh herbs.
