Once I already offered you the recipe for my favorite one. Today's version is practically an improvisation, based on the previous one, with some changes. Sour cream was added to the cake dough, and I didn’t even expect that the baked goods would turn out so tender!


I’m putting this sour cream cupcake recipe in our Notebook. Instead of sour cream, you can use any yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups,

Once the cake has cooled completely, cover it with powdered sugar or any glaze. You can even beat a couple of spoons of full-fat sour cream with a little sugar.
