Ingredients:

  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Semolina - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Sweet and sour apples - 1.5 kg
  • Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
  • Baking powder for dough - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Vanillin, poppy - optional
  • Butter - 180-200 g
  • Salt -1/3 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Raisins - 1/2 cup


Pour 1 cup of sifted flour, 1 cup of semolina, 1 cup of sugar into the bowl. Stir, add salt, baking powder. Mix until smooth.


We clean the apples from the peel and remove the core.


We rub the apples on a coarse grater.


Add lemon juice to keep apples from browning. And also to add sourness so that our cake is not cloyingly sweet.


Add washed raisins, cinnamon, vanillin, poppy seeds - if desired.


We mix everything.


Grate 50 g butter.


We evenly distribute it in our form.


4 tablespoons of the mixture (flour, semolina, sugar, salt, baking powder) are evenly distributed over the grated butter.


We form a layer of grated apples (1/3 of our apples and raisins).


We repeat this 2 times.


We level.


We spread a layer of grated apples and raisins (1/3 of our apples and raisins).

We spread the rest of our mixture.

  • 1st layer - butter (50 g)
  • 2nd layer - dry mix (4 tablespoons with a slide)
  • 3rd layer - 1/3 of grated apples and raisins
  • 4th layer - dry mix (4 tablespoons with a slide)
  • 5th layer - 1/3 of grated apples and raisins
  • 6th layer - dry mix (4 tablespoons with a slide)
  • 7th layer - 1/3 of grated apples and raisins
  • 8th layer - dry mix (4 tablespoons with a slide)
  • 9th layer - butter (130-150g - the remaining butter)

We take out the butter from the freezer and rub it on a grater.


Let's level our butter.


We put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.


Let's wait until our apple pie cools down a bit. Decorate with powdered sugar.

Apple pie with cottage cheese - very tasty, tender and fast

A pie made from apples and cottage cheese in the oven turns out to be very tasty, tender. Such a pie on cottage cheese dough is an excellent pastry for every day! Suitable for breakfast, for an afternoon snack, decorate the holiday table! It is prepared very quickly and simply. Its delicious taste will win the love of all your family members! It's an apple pie that melts in your mouth!


Ingredients:

  • Flour - 300 g
  • Curd - 300 g
  • Butter - 200 g
  • Sugar - 150-200 g
  • Baking powder for dough -10 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
  • Apples - 6 small pieces
  • Cherry - 12 pieces (or cherries, or nuts, or prunes, or dried apricots - to your taste) 🙂
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

How to make apple pie:

We sift the flour.


Add salt, sugar, baking powder.


Grate frozen butter on a coarse grater. Dip butter into flour. We mix.



Mix the butter with our mixture of flour, baking powder, sugar salt to get a homogeneous mass.


Add cottage cheese and mix well with flour and butter so that the pieces of cottage cheese are evenly distributed.


Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the egg. We mix. You can use vanilla sugar or vanillin.


We add the egg with vanilla to our dough.


We knead our dough. It is not necessary to knead it much, just combine it into one whole. In the process, you can add flour if the cottage cheese is wet.


Knead quickly so that our butter does not have time to melt.


Curd dough should be soft and tender, and should not stick to your hands.


We divide our curd dough into two equal parts. We put them in plastic bags and send them to the refrigerator for 1 hour.


We are preparing the stuffing. We remove the core from the apples, cut the apples in half.


Cut a hole in the middle of the apple. We make it so that cherries (cherries), walnuts, prunes or dried apricots can be placed in it. 🙂


To prevent the apples from turning brown, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Lemon (lime) will add an interesting sourness to our apple pie.
