300 grams of tomatoes; - 1–2 fresh cucumbers;

Method of preparing salad

Take eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers, then wash them well. Eggs must be boiled first. Calculate the amount of ingredients needed based on the number of people. Once the eggs are cooked, let them cool. Then alternately cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and eggs into slices. Take a salad bowl and alternately place all three ingredients into it. Coat each layer well with dressing (mayonnaise or oil). If desired, you can mix everything well or leave it in layers. Chop the greens (onion, parsley, dill) and sprinkle the salad with it.

After preparing the tomato and cucumber salad, it is advisable to put it in a cool place, maybe in the refrigerator. It should stand for two hours, this way it will soak in better. The dish is ready, now it can be served! It turns out really very tasty, and although the components of the salad are so simple, the taste of this dish is very unusual. And the main thing is that such a salad will not only decorate your table and make your guests well-fed, it will also benefit your body. Recipe for tomato and egg salad with arugula and sausage

A salad that is hearty and tasty at the same time. It balances protein products in the form of eggs and sausage with fresh vegetables and herbs. For this salad, mayonnaise is suitable for dressing, but you can use other lighter sauces.

You will need:

  • cherry tomatoes - 8 pcs;
  • quail eggs - 6-8 pcs;
  • boiled-smoked sausage - 150 g;
  • arugula salad - 100 gr;
  • fresh herbs to taste;
  • mayonnaise for dressing - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Boil quail eggs, cool and peel. Cut into halves or quarters. If you don’t have such eggs, then take regular hard-boiled ones. Large eggs must be cut into small slices.

Cut freshly washed tomatoes into quarters or halves so that they are the same size as the chopped eggs.

Wash the arugula salad and dry well. Tear the leaves a little if they are too large.

Finely chop the greens with a knife.

Mix all the ingredients in a convenient salad bowl and season with sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.

How to make a salad with tomato, broccoli and egg

Original vegetable salad with the addition of eggs. A very interesting and tasty combination that may seem unusual to some, especially the presence of broccoli. But I highly recommend that you try to cook it.

You will need:

  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 gr;
  • Broccoli - 200 gr;
  • Eggs - 5 pcs;
  • Mayonnaise to taste;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

To prepare this salad you need to boil hard-boiled eggs. Wash tomatoes and broccoli.

Use a knife to separate the broccoli into small florets. Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Place broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

The vegetable will be cooked but not overcooked, the taste and pleasant crunch will remain.

Peel the boiled eggs and cut into large pieces. It is most convenient to cut them into 8 parts.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. You can use regular tomatoes, but cut them smaller.

You will need:

  • tomato - 1 piece (large);
  • cucumber - 1 piece (medium);
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • blue onion - 1 piece;
  • Adyghe cheese - 100 gr;
  • quail eggs - 8 pcs;
  • Chinese cabbage - 1/2 head;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • lemon juice - 2 teaspoons;
  • basil, black pepper, salt to taste.

Preparation:

Wash and peel the vegetables. Onions and carrots will be needed raw. Eggs must be hard-boiled.

Cut the tomato and cucumber into medium-sized cubes.

Cut the onion into two halves and then into thin strips.

Cut the carrots into very thin strips or use a Korean carrot grater. You will get just the right thin pieces.

Cut the Adyghe cheese into plates 1-1.5 cm thick, and then into cubes with the same side.

Separate the Chinese cabbage into leaves. Cut out the thick base of the leaf. Chop the green leaves into small pieces.

Peel the eggs and cut each in half.

Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl.

To make the dressing, combine olive oil, lemon juice and spices in a bowl. Season the salad with tomatoes and eggs. Serve for lunch or dinner.

How to make tomato, ham and egg salad

Add ham, eggs and corn to the tomatoes and you have a hearty and zesty salad. Especially seasoned with garlic. This option is suitable for both a delicious lunch and a holiday. Many find their place on the holiday table.

You will need:

  • ham - 300 gr;
  • tomatoes - 300 gr;
  • canned corn - 1 can;
  • eggs - 4 pcs;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

The only preliminary preparation you will need is to boil the eggs and peel them.

Any tomatoes will do, but it will be especially tasty with fleshy ones, where there is not too much juice and seeds.

Choose ham according to your taste. Peel it, if any. Cut into strips.

Cut the eggs into strips too. The salad looks beautiful if its components are of a similar size.

Also cut the tomatoes into strips or thin slices.

Open the canned corn and drain the juice from the can.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or salad bowl. Grind the garlic through a press or grate it on a fine grater.

  • hard cheese - 100 gr;
  • fresh herbs to taste;
  • mayonnaise for dressing - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

This salad is very easy to prepare. This will take quite a bit of time, which makes it very convenient if you need to quickly prepare something for guests or dinner.

Boil the eggs hard, cool under ice water and peel. Cut into large strips.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. If they are too large, then cut them into halves.

Remove the crab sticks from the packaging and cut into rings.

Grate the hard cheese on the coarsest grater. Finely chop the greens.

In a suitable bowl, mix all prepared ingredients. Season with mayonnaise and herbs. Taste and add salt if necessary. You can add a little black pepper to taste.
