  • Cheese cheese 120 gr.
  • Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons

Due to the fact that the walls of this castle were quite high, the siege lasted for a long time, as a result of which an unknown epidemic began. The astronomer began to help people, but medicines. Which were at that time did not give any result.

Looking at this, Nikolai decided to experiment. His experiment is still used today in England and the United States. The young specialist divided people into certain groups, whose nutrition was completely different. It turned out that the group of people who did not eat bread products did not succumb to the disease. But due to the fact that this product was one of the main ones at that time, it was impossible to exclude it from the diet. When people went for the next portion of bread, they often let it fall on the ground, and then wiped it off and ate it. So this disease spread throughout the castle.

So that traces of dirt would not be so noticeable, and the bread would remain cleaner, Nikolai ordered that oil be applied to it, and if after that someone missed it, such bread should be immediately thrown into the trash. This, at first glance, is very easy, but this is exactly what helped. The disease ceased to exist. Thus the butter sandwich was born.
