Pour water into a saucepan with a volume of at least two liters (for our amount of pasta). We put it on high heat and wait for it to boil.

When air bubbles appear on the surface, add pasta. Reduce the intensity of the fire to medium.

Don't forget to add salt. Here you will need half a tablespoon of salt. You can, of course, do this before putting it in the oven, but it’s better during cooking.

Be sure to stir the pasta immediately. Otherwise, they may stick to the bottom. The dough begins to swell, picking up moisture, and becomes sticky. In about seven minutes the pasta will be ready. More precise cooking times can be found on the packaging of a specific product. Cooked pasta will noticeably increase in size and become soft. You can check this by removing a few pieces from the water using a slotted spoon.

Pour the finished pasta into a colander. This way we will salt the water and can rinse the horns under running cold water.

Add a few pieces of butter (about 40 g).

In a heat-resistant dish, preferably flat, pour a little olive oil on the bottom.

Add pasta in there too. Distribute them evenly over the entire surface of the bottom. You need to work carefully. The horns are very slippery, and due to the oil they can easily “escape” from the dishes.

Remove the shells from the raw eggs and pour them into a fairly deep bowl.

Now you need to turn them into a homogeneous mass using a fork or whisk. There is no need to beat until foamy.
