  1. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil until browned. Add mince.
  2. We bring the minced meat almost to readiness, and then fry for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly so as not to burn.
  3. Add ham cut into small strips and broken lasagne sheets. And on top of fresh tomatoes (cut into cubes or slices) or canned tomatoes in their own juice. Salt, add spices. Then add a little water, mix and simmer over low heat.
  4. After 15 minutes, our dish (lasagna in a pan) is almost ready, mix it and turn off the fire. Add grated cheese. As soon as it disperses under the lid, add pieces of mozzarella. Cover with a lid and wait a couple of minutes. Our lazy lasagna is ready, you can serve it to the table.

We will need: a spoonful of olive oil, an onion, a pound of tomatoes, garlic and pepper flakes, lasagna sheets, minced meat (up to a pound), a little tomato paste. From spices, we recommend taking fresh basil or dried Italian herbs. Cheese - Parmesan and ricotta.

We cook simply!

  1. We chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic and basil.
  2. Break pasta sheets in half.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and put in a separate bowl.
  4. We put a large frying pan on a small fire. As soon as the vegetable oil warms up well, fry the onion (until golden brown).
  5. Then add garlic and chilli flakes.
  6. Put the minced meat in the pan and stir it with a wooden spatula.
  7. When the minced meat is almost ready, spread the halves of the lasagne sheets on top of everything (over the minced meat), but do not mix.
  8. Chopped tomatoes and pasta are added on top of the sheets (do not mix!).
  9. Close the pan with a lid. Reduce the heat to a minimum so that our lasagna in the pan is stewed, periodically check it - it should be cooked (15-20 minutes).
  10. Turn off the stove, pour grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pan. And spread the ricotta on top, but do not mix. Close the lid again, leaving for a few minutes with the heat turned off, so that the cheese melts.
  11. Remove the lid, sprinkle with chopped basil and serve. Bon appetit everyone!

Turn off heat, add ½ cup of grated Parmesan, salt and pepper. Add the ricotta, but do not stir, cover again and leave for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
