I don’t know, maybe it’s the hot weather, or maybe thoughts about summer clothes make us think about proper nutrition :-) So today we again offer you a recipe for aromatic low-calorie chicken fillet with lemon and orange.

This dish combines so many different flavors and aromas that it’s hard to believe it’s delicious. But in fact, soy sauce, wild oregano, lemon and orange combine so harmoniously that the thought involuntarily creeps in, how come we didn’t mix them before.

To ensure that the chicken fillet bakes faster and does not dry out in the oven, it should be lightly beaten with a kitchen hammer. To avoid getting everything dirty, including the cutting board and hammer, place a piece of fillet in a plastic bag and beat it.

We placed one slice of lemon and one orange on the pieces of chicken coated with soy sauce and oregano. Firstly, citrus fruits impart their aroma to the meat and fill it with freshness. Ingredients:

  • ripe juicy oranges – 400 – 450 g;
  • classic mayonnaise – 100 – 150 ml;
  • fresh garlic - a whole head;
  • chicken carcass – 1 pc. (by 1.8 kg);

  • vegetable oil and pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Cut each fillet into 2 parts. Cover with salt/pepper/herbs.
