  • soda - 1/2 tsp;
  • vinegar - 1 tsp

The process of making this bread according to Dukan in a pan is elementary. Beat eggs and add kefir. We mix all bulk products and combine with kefir-egg mass. Before baking, add vinegar to the dough and mix thoroughly.

In order to cook Dukan bread in the microwave, you will need the following products:

  • cottage cheese - 400 gr;
  • egg yolks - 6 pieces;
  • oat bran - 4 tablespoons;
  • protein - 2 tbsp;
  • gluten - 2 tablespoons;
  • cheese 5% - 30 gr;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • flax seed - 1 tsp;
  • spices - to taste.

Beat 6 yolks well with a mixer (you can, of course, take 3 full eggs if you are not going to use whites separately. But I came up with this recipe precisely in order to “save” the egg yolks left after baking.

Mix all bulk products together and gently, using a spatula or an ordinary spoon, mix with whipped yolks. Add grated cheese there (if you want bread with cheese).

Put the resulting mixture into a silicone mold and put in the microwave. The time will have to be calculated, since the cooking time depends on many things: on how cold the yolks were, on the size of the mold, on the power of the microwave.

If you add filler to the same dough, you get something like pies. The filling can be any permitted, its quantity is also at your discretion. I like to add a little bit of it, purely to "shade" the taste of bread.
