1/4 tsp. sesame

For refueling:

2 tbsp. l. olive oil:

2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;

1/2 tsp. lemon zest;

1 clove of garlic;

1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;

0.5 tsp. brown sugar (can be replaced with regular sugar);

ground black pepper.

Cooking steps

Prepare green beans and tomatoes. Frozen beans do not need to be thawed.

Prepare salad dressing with green beans and tomatoes. To do this, mix olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, add squeezed garlic, lemon zest, brown sugar and ground black pepper. Mix everything and leave for 15 minutes.

Boil water, add salt, put the beans in the water and cook after boiling for 5-7 minutes. When the beans are cooked, place them in a sieve and rinse with cold water.

Place the beans and tomato slices on a plate, pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
