Cut the ham into thin strips. Wash the cucumber, peel and chop into strips.

Wash the parsley, dry it with a paper towel and finely chop it with a knife.

Place ham on each part of the egg omelet, then cucumber straws and parsley. Pour sour cream on top.

Quick salad is ready! Serve with a slice of rye bread. Instead of ham, you can also use regular boiled sausage.

Option 3: Salad with omelette and orange

The combination of sour, sweet and salty foods in one dish always delights chefs. At first glance, products that are completely incompatible with each other create an unusual but pleasant taste.

Ingredients:

  • sweet and sour orange;
  • three chicken eggs;
  • half a glass of milk;
  • two tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • 150-200 gr. chicken breast;
  • bulb;
  • a quarter cup of boiled rice.

How to cook

Break chicken eggs into a plate. Beat them thoroughly until a small foam appears. Combine with milk, whisk and add salt. You can also add ground black pepper.

Heat a frying pan and reduce heat to medium. Pour in the egg mixture, fry for about 2 minutes, then turn over and fry for the same amount of time. Transfer the finished egg pancake to a plate, cool and cut into narrow strips.

Wash the chicken breast, dry it from moisture and fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Cut into small cubes.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. If the onion is very bitter, then scald it with boiling water for a minute.

Peel the orange, divide the pulp into slices and peel off the film and partitions, cut into several parts.

Pour boiled rice, chicken cubes, onion, orange into a salad bowl. Season with mayonnaise and mix well. Then add the egg strips and mix gently. Or just decorate the top of the salad with them.

Serve garnished with fresh parsley. It is advisable to serve the salad immediately after preparation so that the orange juice does not soak the omelette strips.

Option 4: Salad with omelette, peas and chicken breast

Salads with the addition of chicken meat are not uncommon on the holiday and dinner tables, as the tender fillet quickly fills you up and goes well with almost all foods: vegetables, cereals, and even fruits. Garlic will give the salad an unusual aroma and taste. Salad with omelet, chicken and peas will become one of the most favorite salads and will often appear for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. chicken breast;
  • 170-200 gr. hard cheese;
  • half a can of canned peas;
  • three chicken eggs;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic (you can take more or less, to taste);
  • a pinch of salt;
  • fresh herbs (small bunch);
  • sour cream or mayonnaise - to taste.

Step by step recipe

Remove skin, membranes and fat from the chicken breast. Rinse well, place in a saucepan and pour in cold water until it completely covers the poultry meat. Place on the stove, turn on high heat. When the water begins to boil, reduce the heat to medium, add salt and cook the chicken for about 20-30 minutes, until fully cooked.

Remove the finished breast from the broth and allow time to cool. Then separate from the bones and tear the meat into thin fibers with your hands. You can also cut into small cubes.

Grind the hard cheese on a grater with medium holes. To prevent the cheese from sticking together into a lump, it is recommended to grease the surface of the grater a little with sunflower oil.

Rinse the parsley well, let dry and finely chop with a knife.

Drain the liquid from the jar of peas.

Whisk the eggs in a separate cup, add salt and maybe a little pepper. Pour into a dry hot frying pan and fry the egg pancake on both sides. Transfer to a plate and cut into cubes.

In a deep salad bowl, combine all the prepared ingredients, add half a can of peas, garlic, minced or finely chopped. Mix well and season with sour cream or mayonnaise to taste.

An easy to prepare, but tasty and satisfying salad with omelet is ready! You can replace peas in the salad with canned corn. For a beautiful color, you can add red bell pepper to the salad.

Option 5: Salad with omelette and Korean carrots

A salad with omelet and spicy carrots can be offered to guests for a holiday as an appetizer. It consists of the simplest and most inexpensive products, but it looks very bright and impressive. For this recipe you will need Korean carrots, but if you don’t have them, you can replace them with regular carrots sautéed in butter with onions.

Ingredients:

  • four chicken eggs;
  • a tablespoon of flour;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 250-280 gr. Korean carrots;
  • 200 gr. boiled meat or sausage;
  • mayonnaise.

How to cook

Beat the eggs in a separate plate with a fork, add salt and flour. Beat again until smooth. Coat the bottom of the frying pan with oil using a pastry brush and heat on the stove. Bake several thin egg pancakes. Place each of them on a plate, roll into a tube and cut into long thin strips.

Cut the meat or sausage into small pieces. The best meats are chicken or beef; they can be boiled or fried - whichever you prefer. And you can take sausage either boiled or smoked.

Combine egg pancakes and meat slices cut into strips in one bowl, mix carefully so as not to tear the egg strips.

Cut the Korean carrots into several pieces so that in the salad they do not stretch like noodles. Add mayonnaise, sprinkle with ground black pepper and salt as needed. Mix everything thoroughly.

If desired, you can add fresh parsley to the salad by finely chopping it. Serve immediately after preparation. Bon appetit!
