Stage 3. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, wash them in cool running water and cut into small pieces.


Stage 4. After the Brussels sprouts have boiled for about seven minutes, add the prepared potatoes to them and continue to cook everything together.


Stage 5. Following the potatoes, we quickly peel one small onion and cut it into not very large, but not very small pieces.

Stage 7. Then we take the carrots, first we wash them, peel them, and then cut them into circles, two to three millimeters thick.

Stage 9. Add a little salt to our dish. It is important not to overdo it here, because we are preparing food for children, and it is not recommended for them to consume a lot of salt, because the child has not yet fully formed all the internal digestive organs, and excess salt can be harmful to health.

Five minutes before the end of cooking the vegetable stew, add two or three tablespoons of homemade tomato juice to it.
