Add 1.25 kg of sugar and a liter of warm water to the pomace, mix, cover and place in a dark and warm place. Stir the mixture every day.

Put on a rubber glove on a jar of juice, pierce one finger with a pin, and put it in a dark and warm room for fermentation - wine will come out of it.

After a week, take a jar of pomace and drain the water - no need to try to squeeze everything out of the pulp to the droplet. Drain only pure juice and add it to the bottle, after removing the glove and the resulting foam. After that, return the glove to its place.

Further fermentation of the mixed wine will last about two months until the sediment completely disappears, and for this the wine must be poured into another container every 3-4 days.

When there is no sediment left, you can add alcohol or vodka to the wine, dilute it to the desired strength, and put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 months to fully ripen. Without additional strengthening with alcohol, the strength of the wine will be 10-12 degrees.

Wine from chokeberry will turn out fragrant and rich, with a beautiful burgundy color.

Recipe 6.

Pouring from chokeberry. Take 1.5 kg of aronia berries, rinse, dry and put in a three-liter jar. Add 2 cups of sugar and 1.5 liters of vodka.

Cover the jar with paper and tie it with a thread or elastic band, then cover with a lid and put it in a dark, cool place for 2 months. Then strain and pour into bottles with tight lids. You need to store the liqueur in the refrigerator.

Recipe 7.

Pouring of chokeberry with cloves. Pour 1.5 kg of crushed berries into a three-liter jar, add 500 grams of sugar and a few cloves. Mix everything thoroughly and put in a dark warm place for 2-3 days.

Then add 1 liter of vodka to the jar, close the lid and infuse for 2 months in a room at a temperature of 18-22 degrees. When the liqueur is ready, strain it and take it as you wish.

Contraindications

Drinks from chokeberry are contraindicated for low blood pressure and increased blood clotting.

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited for pregnant and lactating women and children under 16 years of age.
