To prepare meatballs in tomato sauce you will need: For meatballs: - 300 g minced meat twisted with onions;

  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • some greenery;

For sauce:

  • 500 g of tomatoes with their own juice;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 1 tsp sweet ground paprika;
  • 0.5 tsp hops-suneli;
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger;

  • salt - to taste;
  • 1 tsp Sahara.

Mix minced meat with chopped garlic and herbs, salt and pepper. With wet hands form small balls - meatballs. Chop the tomatoes into small cubes.
