Haddock is sold in a fairly large form, so, based on your needs, cut the piece to the desired size, or divide it in half. Place the second part in the freezer - it will come in handy for another dish. First, defrost the fish - you can in warm water or in the refrigerator. In the winter season, you can use fresh-frozen zucchini. Potatoes can be taken small - peel it from the skin. We will stuff stuffing with chopped vegetables. You will need greens to taste, in this case, these are dill sprigs. Squeeze juice from a fresh lemon in the amount of 1 tbsp. - more on request. Prepare sour cream or cream for brushing the fish. Due to this product, it will turn out juicier and softer.

The total number of potatoes should be divided into two parts. Cut one for the filling into small cubes - into a plate.

Peel the carrots and garlic cloves with a knife. Grate the first ingredient on a coarse grater, and cut the second ingredient into circles. Add to bowl - stir.

In not cold water, let the frozen zucchini thaw. Be sure to squeeze moisture out of it. Pour into a bowl along with oregano, ground nutmeg and black pepper. Salt foods to taste.

Finely chop the prepared dill. Add to the main mass - stir. Optionally, you can pour dried herbs, for example,. They are very fragrant, they contain thyme or in another way it is called thyme.

Put a spoonful of natural sour cream into the total mixture. Mix well until smooth. Low fat cream is also suitable.

The rest of the potatoes should be cut into slices 2-3 mm thick. Pour into a common bowl.

Peel the onion from the husk. Then cut it into half rings - it can be smaller. Mix with potatoes.

Now prepare haddock. Cut off all fins. A feature in cleaning sea fish is the black film inside the abdomen, which must be completely removed so that there is no bitter taste. Then, with a small knife, remove the small scales. Rinse thoroughly under water.

Place on a cutting board and press down on the fish to drain excess liquid. Then sprinkle with lemon juice. Rub with salt and spices.

Now you can stuff the fish with the prepared vegetable filling. If required, secure with toothpicks.

Spread only on top of the remaining sour cream. It lays flat and soaks the fish during cooking.

We take a special sleeve for baking - we unfold it. Pour coarsely chopped potatoes with onions.
