From ready-made meringue, you can make many delicious and quick cakes without baking. In terms of time, cooking will take very little and this option is suitable if guests should drop in soon, but there is nothing to put for tea. For cooking we need:

  • 200 grams of meringue, you can take any size;
  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk;
  • 100 grams of butter;
  • 50 grams of a mixture of nuts;
  • prunes if desired;
  • 50 grams of grated chocolate.

It is advisable to fry nuts in a frying pan without oil. Then they are crushed in any convenient way. When prunes are added, they are also crushed to the desired consistency. Boiled condensed milk can be bought ready-made, but it is better to cook it yourself. Such condensed milk is much tastier. You can replace condensed milk with regular toffee, but the taste will be slightly different.


The next stage of preparation is mixing boiled condensed milk with softened butter. Beat this mixture with a mixer until smooth. This is how easy it is to make a cream for a future cake. On the dish we lay out the meringues, richly smeared with cream, in the desired form. If they are multi-colored, then you can distribute by color and form layers of different colors. Sprinkle a mixture of nuts and prunes between the layers. Decorate the finished cake with grated chocolate.

Another recipe very similar to Kiev cake. Very easy to cook and no need to mess around at the stove. Sweet lovers will definitely appreciate this sweetness. The basis is not only meringue, but also cookies and a mixture of nuts. For cooking, we need 200 grams of meringue, 100 grams of a mixture of nuts, a can of condensed milk, 250 grams of cookies, 250 grams of butter, vanillin.

First of all, grind cookies in a blender and add 100 grams of melted butter, as well as 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and mix thoroughly into a homogeneous mass. We take the form in which the cake will be formed, and put half of the resulting mass on the bottom, forming a cake.


Lay the film and form another cake on top. We remove the resulting bases in the refrigerator for a while. Then knead the meringue into crumbs. Beat the cottage cheese with regular and vanilla sugar with a blender. Bring the milk to a boil and add the swollen gelatin to it. Mix thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Combine milk with cottage cheese, mix. Then add melted white chocolate, mix again.

Whip the chilled cream and, when the curd-chocolate mass has cooled to room temperature, combine them.

Pour half of the mousse into the mold on the base, put in the freezer for 10 minutes. Put a layer of strawberries cut into slices (you can use any berries and fruits to your taste) and pour the second half of the mousse. Send to the refrigerator for two to three hours.

Peel off the parchment from the bottom and remove the cake from the ring. If using a confectionery ring, rub it a little. It will heat up and “release” the cake easily.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of multi-colored jelly in the form of a powder;
  • 20 g of gelatin;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • 3 kiwis;
  • 400 g sour cream with a fat content of 10–15%;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • vanilla sachet.

Cooking

Prepare jelly: every 50 g of powder, pour 100 ml of boiling water, stir, cool and put in the refrigerator until completely solidified. If you don't have colored jelly ready, color regular gelatin with fruit juices or food coloring.

When the jelly hardens, it will need to be randomly cut. The pieces should be quite large and uneven, like broken glass. Peel and cut into large cubes kiwi.

Beat chilled sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Dissolve gelatin in water. When it swells, melt it (but do not boil). In a thin stream, continuing to beat, add it to the sour cream.

This cheese cake no baking. In the summer heat - this is ideal, no flour, and, consequently, a hot oven. It takes very little time to prepare it, and the taste is not even bad at all.

Moreover, there is where to roam fantasy. Those who like to invent something in the kitchen can cook different versions of it. You can build a cottage cheese cake with fruits or berries, cookies, biscuit, chocolate. Next time I will definitely try to combine it with meringue and cream of boiled condensed milk and chocolate. There will be a curd layer on top and bottom, and inside there will be small meringues glued with chocolate cream. I think it should turn out well.

Lyna sent me a recipe for cottage cheese cake with vanilla sugar, I still give it here, but in the photo the cake is chocolate. I added cocoa to it and garnished with currants and walnuts.

Compound:

  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 25 g gelatin
  • nuts
  • vanilla sugar

Cooking:

grind sugar with butter and beat together with cottage cheese. I did it in a combine. You can use a blender. You should get a homogeneous mass. Add raisins, nuts, vanilla sugar to this mass and mix with a spoon.

Pour gelatin with cold milk and let it brew for 40 minutes.

When it swells, put it on a small fire and, stirring constantly, dissolve. Never bring it to a boil! Otherwise, your cake will not stick together. Cool the milk to room temperature and pour into the curd. Beat again.

Cover the cup with plastic wrap and pour the curd mass. Place in refrigerator until chilled. I froze after a couple of hours. Now you can turn our cottage cheese cake onto a dish, remove the polyethylene and decorate in your own way.
