So I do my best to replace the mayonnaise if it needs to be heated. Even in such a popular dish as "", that's something, but there is no mayonnaise at all. And there is no sour cream in it either. And the dish from this only wins in taste.

Thoroughly mix all the contents of the dish. Minced meat, if you can call it minced meat, should be something like pancake dough. Or be like little pieces of chicken fillet in batter. The main thing is that all the starch is dispersed evenly throughout the volume, without any lumps.
