Rinse chicken legs, shake off the water. Mix Rosemary, salt, black pepper with olive oil and rub the resulting mixture onto the meat. Place the legs on a baking sheet or cast iron frying pan and place in the oven until cooked. Approximately 40-60 minutes at temperature 180-200 degrees oven. The cooking time for the legs is arbitrary, as it depends on their size and the temperature of the oven. You can check the readiness of chicken legs by piercing them with a knife to the bone; if the juice is light without blood, then they are ready.

Cut or break the bread into 3-4cm pieces.

Turn off the oven and take out the baking sheet. If fat appears at the bottom of the pan, then dip the bread in it. If there is no fat, then soak the bread in olive oil. To do this, pour olive oil into a small bowl, dip the pieces of bread and remove them after one second. Then place pieces of bread between the legs. Laying it down above bacon and put it back in the oven, the bread should be browned. Once the bread has acquired the properties we need, remove the baking sheet from the oven. During this time, the bacon should also brown and become crusty.

We casually tear the lettuce leaves, leaving small leaves untouched. Take a large bowl or dish and place the leaves on it.

Separate the leg meat from the bones; this can be done carelessly. If the meat around the bone is reddish in color, it is better to put the legs back in the oven. Redness is a sign that the legs are not yet completely baked. Having separated the meat, we go over it several times with a knife, the cutting step is approximately 1.5-2 cm. Place the chopped meat on lettuce leaves.

Above lay out the bacon, having previously cut it into several parts.

Cutting our toast with a knife or break them with your hands, you should get pieces of about 1-2 cm. Some pieces of bread can be chopped heavily. We put the croutons on our salad.
