How to make grape pie according to this recipe

Let's start by preparing the dough. In a convenient container, mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar, butter and salt. Beat everything well using a blender, and if you don’t have one, you can rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Sift flour and baking powder through a sieve and knead the dough. The dough should turn out soft, elastic, so that it does not stick to your hands.

Now let's move on to preparing the filling. In a convenient bowl, grind 75 grams of sugar with the yolks until white. Then add the cottage cheese, which must first be rubbed through a sieve.

Next, add lemon zest and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix everything well, then add semolina and mix again. Mix the curd mass with the yolk mixture. At this stage, you can beat the filling a little with a blender for greater homogeneity.

Wash the grapes. For convenience, you can dry it on a napkin. Remove the berries from the branches and place them on a saucer.

Take a springform baking dish with a diameter of 24 centimeters. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with a small piece of margarine. At the same time, turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees to warm up.

Transfer the dough into a baking dish and level it according to the shape, making high sides.

Beat the egg whites to strong peaks with the remaining sugar (50 grams). Mix the whipped whites with the curd mass using movements from bottom to top and towards the center.

Pour the filling onto the dough, smooth it out, and then spread the grapes over the entire surface, lightly pressing them into the filling.

Cheese and grape pie

It's no secret that the taste of grapes is well emphasized by cheese. This is a combination for real gourmets, and a pie with grapes and cheese will make any table exquisite. It is better to make the dough with kefir - this will make the baked goods airy.

Ingredients:

  • 0.3 kg of grapes;
  • 100 gr. hard cheese;
  • 200 gr. flour;
  • 200 ml kefir;
  • 2 eggs;
  • half a glass of granulated sugar;
  • a pinch of soda, salt.

Preparation:

  1. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, rinse the grapes and cut into 4 parts.
  2. Combine flour and sugar. Add salt and soda there.
  3. Make a hole in the mixture and pour the eggs into it. Knead the dough.
  4. Pour in kefir. You should have a liquid and at the same time viscous dough.
  5. Pour half the batter into the baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and grapes. Pour the remaining dough on top.
  6. Bake at 180ºC for 25 minutes.

Preparation

If you add cottage cheese to the recipe, the pie will turn out more airy and satisfying. Also, cottage cheese pies have a richer taste.

  • Beat chicken eggs into a deep plate, and then add sugar and vanillin. Using a kitchen whisk, beat the mixture until foam appears, and at the same time turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180 degrees.
  • Pour fresh milk into the egg mixture, add butter at room temperature, and also a little flavourless vegetable oil. Beat it all well, you can even use a mixer.
  • Gradually add flour into the same container, constantly stirring the mixture, and also add baking powder and grated lemon zest. After this, beat it all again using a mixer.
  • Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil using a brush, and then pour the batter into it. Remove the seeds from the grapes and distribute evenly over the entire area, then send the pie to bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  • After the required amount of time, you can remove the pan from the oven, remove the Italian jellied pie and transfer it to a plate. You can pour chocolate on top or decorate with cream, and then serve. As you can see, the recipe is very simple and quick! Bon appetit!

Cooking a dish step by step with photos

To prepare a tender and aromatic apple-grape pie, we will need the following ingredients: apples, grapes, premium wheat flour, granulated sugar, chicken eggs, potato starch, refined sunflower oil (unflavored), baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Immediately turn on the oven to warm up at 180 degrees. Pour 170 grams of sifted wheat flour, 70 grams of potato starch and 1 teaspoon of baking powder into a separate container. How to make your own baking powder at home, see this recipe.

Mix everything thoroughly so that all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Wash and dry 250 grams of grapes. I use quiche, but any seedless one will do.

Wash the apples, dry them, peel them and cut the pulp into arbitrary pieces. You should get 250 grams of prepared apples.

Now it’s time to start preparing the sponge dough for the future apple pie. Break 3 chicken eggs into a mixing bowl (I use large ones, so take 4-5 small ones), add 170 grams of granulated sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar (can be replaced with a pinch of vanillin).

Beat everything with a mixer at high speed until fluffy and increase in volume by 5 times. Sugar crystals should completely dissolve, and well-beaten eggs should resemble condensed milk in consistency. Pour 60 milliliters of refined sunflower oil into the egg mixture and mix it into the base.

All that remains is to add the dry mixture from step 3.

Quickly stir the flour into the liquid base - you can use a spatula, a hand whisk, or even a mixer. If you do this with a mixer, mix at high speed for literally 10 seconds so as not to settle the dough.

The result is a soft, moderately thick, yet flowing dough.

Take a baking dish (you can use not only a round one - mine has a diameter of 24 centimeters, but also a square or rectangular one). To prevent the baked goods from sticking, you can line the pan with parchment paper or make a so-called “French shirt”. Grease the pan with a thin layer of butter, then sprinkle with flour, shaking off the excess. Alternatively, I simply grease the pan with a teaspoon of vegetable oil - then no flour is needed. Place the pie dough into the pan.

We lay out the apple slices, trying to drown them as deep as possible.

We also drown some of the grapes in the dough, and lay some on top of the dough.

Bake the apple pie with grapes in a preheated oven for about 1 hour at 180 degrees on medium level until dry. I have a gas oven, bottom heat, without convection (it cannot be there by definition). Then we take out the cake and let it cool a little in the mold - about 10 minutes. If you wish, you can sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar, but in my opinion this is unnecessary.

Be sure to try this apple and grape pie and enjoy this wonderful homemade pastry. Katyusha, thank you very much for the delicious order – I hope the recipe will be useful. Cook for your health and bon appetit, friends!

Recipe Cake with curd cream, grapes and nuts

First, let's make a sponge cake. I will say that this is the most wonderful sponge cake recipe for cakes of this kind. It is very tender and tasty, I use it very often and not only in this cake. If a chocolate option is required, then I replace half the flour with cocoa powder.
So, beat 2 eggs with 80 g of sugar. Add 3 tbsp. l. milk and 120 ml vegetable oil. Mix.

Sift 60 g of flour, 60 g of starch and 2 tsp into the resulting mass. baking powder. Mix with a spatula or mixer at low speed.

Pour the dough into a parchment-lined mold with a diameter of 26 cm and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Focus on your oven.

Soak 12 g of gelatin in a small amount of cold water.

Beat cottage cheese with yogurt, 75 g of sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. I’ll make a reservation that the cottage cheese can be pureed in a blender; if you don’t like grains, you can use cottage cheese. I made all these variations and the cake turned out delicious every time.

Dissolve gelatin in a water bath. Don't overheat it; once the gelatin has dissolved, remove it. Combine gelatin with curd mass, stirring constantly.
If the gelatin is very hot, leave it for a while to cool, otherwise, when combined with the curd mass, it will form lumps due to the large temperature difference. You can also add a few spoons of curd mass to the gelatin with constant stirring, and then combine everything with the main mass.

Now whip 200 ml of cream and combine with the curd mass. The cream is ready.

Place the side of the mold on the cooled biscuit base.

Spread a little cream and 2/3 of the berries.

Then spread the remaining cream and put the cake in the refrigerator until completely hardened.
When the cake is ready, remove the side of the forta (you can blow it with a hairdryer) and decorate with nuts and the remaining grapes.

You can take any nuts and chop them coarsely, but you only need green and seedless grapes.

  • Once the cake is ready, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

How to make grape cake

How to make a delicious cake or pie with grapes? It's much easier than you think, and below are three recipes.

Recipe one

The curd cake with grapes will be very tender and appetizing, which is ideal for dessert. Here's what you need to prepare it:

  • half a glass of sugar;
  • three tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • 500-600 g of cottage cheese (you can use both quite fatty and dietary);
  • a full glass of curdled milk or natural yogurt without additives;
  • a tablespoon of gelatin;
  • 300-350 g of grapes;
  • 150-170 g shortbread cookies;
  • 70-80 g butter.

Process description:

  1. First you need to make the base for your future cake. To do this, soften the butter, but do not melt it. Grind the shortbread into crumbs using a coffee grinder or blender. Combine it with soft butter and mix well to form an elastic and dough-like mass. Take a mold, grease it with a small amount of oil, and spread the resulting mixture over the bottom and walls. The base is ready.
  2. Now for the filling. First, pour the gelatin into a small amount of cold water and let it swell. Meanwhile, grind the cottage cheese with yogurt and sugar. Wash the grapes, remove the seeds, if any, and cut them into halves if they are large. Leave a few for decoration.
  3. Next, heat the gelatin mass over low heat until liquefied, add it to the curd mass along with grapes and lemon juice. Whisk the whole mixture vigorously to give it airiness.
  4. Take a mold with a sand base and place the curd mass with grapes into it, distributing it evenly. Next, place the container in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight (in the cold season, you can use the balcony) so that the filling hardens. But don’t forget to decorate the surface with grapes, after cutting them into halves.
  5. Ready! Delicious cake can be served.

Recipe two

Prepare a pie with grapes. Here's what you'll need:

  • half a glass of sugar;

  3. Gradually begin to introduce flour into the mass, continuing the beating process. Next, add baking soda, previously quenched with either vinegar or lemon juice, and also place it in a bowl.
  4. Next, wash and, if desired, cut the grapes, add them to the dough, mix everything well again or beat.
  5. Grease the sides and bottom of the baking dish with oil and place the dough into it. Send the cake to bake for about an hour at 170 degrees.

  • 1.5 cups flour;
  • 100 g butter;
  • two eggs;
  • 200 g grapes;

Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. Spread the chilled dough into a greased baking pan, completely covering the bottom and forming sides.
