  • 300 gr. cod fillet
  • 2-3 pcs. tomato
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 50 gr. mayonnaise
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp; spices for fish

How to cook cod fillet in the oven:

Cod fillets need to be thawed in advance. It is better to do this in the evening so that the fish is completely thawed in the morning. Cut the cod fillet into small pieces, about 2*2 cm, as in my photo.


Grease the refractory mold with vegetable oil. Lay out the cod pieces. Immediately sprinkle the cod pieces with fish spices.

We will also distribute mayonnaise.


Cut the onion into half rings.


Cut the tomatoes into rings. Layer the onions first, then the tomato rings.


Grate the cheese.


Cover the cod with vegetables with the last layer of cheese.


Next we will bake the cod fillet with vegetables in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the fish until a beautiful golden cheese crust. This will take approximately forty minutes. Place the finished fish on plates. We will begin tasting immediately.

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Send the rice to cook in salted water until tender.
Make an X-shaped cut in the tomato, plunge it into boiling water for a few seconds, then peel and cut into cubes.
Peel the onion and finely chop.
Sprinkle the cod with lemon juice and rub with salt, pepper and herbs de Provence. And let the fillet sit for a while and marinate.

Step 2: fry the onion.



Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it until soft. Then remove the onion from the heat and mix it with the peeled and chopped tomato.

Step 3: place the cod and tomatoes in the oven.

And prepare the sauce by mixing natural yogurt with chopped garlic, salt, pepper and Provençal herbs.

Chop the tomatoes into quarters; Chop the pepper, zucchini and cheese into cubes, and cut the celery into thin slices. Finely chop the garlic, add butter and mix with the rest of the vegetables, then pour tomato paste over everything.

Place fish fillet and vegetables in a baking dish and mix. Bake the dish at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Decorate the finished casserole with herbs and fresh tomatoes.

Cod with cheese in the oven

Ingredients:

  • cod – 1.5 kg;
  • onion – 4 pcs.;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • mayonnaise – 350 ml.

Preparation

Place the fish cut into pieces into a greased form or frying pan with high sides. Salt and add spices to taste. Next, place a layer of onion slices on top and grate the cheese. Next, coat everything with mayonnaise in an even layer, pour in a little water and put the fish in the oven for 40 minutes. When prepared with cheese and mayonnaise, it always turns out great and incredibly tasty.

Cod with cheese

Ingredients:

  • cod fillet – 4 pcs.;
  • milk – 300 ml;
  • black peppercorns – 4 pcs.;
  • bay leaf – 1 pc.;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • flour – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • mustard – 1 teaspoon;
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoons;
  • egg yolk – 2 pcs.;
  • parsley.

Preparation

Pour milk into a saucepan, add black peppercorns and bay leaves. Then place the fish fillet in one layer, bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes until the fish is half cooked. After this, carefully remove the cod and place it in a fireproof dish coated with butter. Separately, melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour and carefully pour in the strained milk in which the fish was stewed. Keep the finished sauce on the fire for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat, add cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, yolks and parsley, mix well until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve cod with cheese and vegetables.

Cod with sour cream sauce turns out very juicy and tender. Sour cream must be used strictly according to the recipe: if you overdo it with this component, the dish will turn out watery.

You will need:

  • 450 g cod fillet;
  • 100 g medium fat sour cream;
  • a quarter of a lemon;
  • dried rosemary;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt;
  • 15 ml olive oil.

Method of preparation.

  1. The washed and dry fillet is moistened with lemon juice and oil, then salted, peppered and left under cling film for 30 minutes.
  2. A sheet from the oven is covered with parchment, the fish is placed on it, and seasoned with rosemary.
  3. The cod is covered with a sour cream layer.
