Ingredients:

  • Milk - 500 ml.
  • Egg - 1 pc.

  • Salts - 5 gr.

To make the pancakes thin and tender, so that you can easily wrap any filling in them and at the same time, so that they do not tear, do not crack, you do not need to add soda, baking powder or yeast to the dough.
