1. If you do not use store-bought croutons to prepare the salad, then to prepare them, cut pieces of white bread into cubes approximately 1x1 centimeter in size. Turn on the oven, setting the temperature to about 180-190 degrees, and let it warm up.

2. Place the bread pieces on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes. When the crackers have a golden crust, they can be removed.

3. Boil the chicken fillet and cool (salt the water before cooking). Cut the meat into pieces.

4. Cut the cheese into small cubes or grate it.

5. Boil the eggs. Once cool, chop them finely.

6. Wash the tomatoes, cut them and drain off excess moisture.

7. Now put all the ingredients in the prepared bowl, add more chopped garlic, as well as salt and pepper.

9. You need to keep the chicken salad with tomatoes and croutons in the refrigerator for about half an hour, then sprinkle the croutons on top.

Crackers should be added shortly before eating the salad so that they do not become too soft.

Chicken salad with tomatoes and cucumbers

Ingredients:

  • Tomato -2 pcs
  • Chicken fillet – 1 piece
  • Fresh cucumbers, not large – 2 pcs.
  • Feta cheese or mozzarella – 150-200 gr

5. Before eating, it would be a good idea to let the salad stand for at least 10 minutes so that the ingredients are better saturated with oil.

Salad with chicken, tomatoes and bell peppers

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 200 gr
  • Bell pepper 1⁄2 pcs
  • Small tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Cucumber 1 piece
  • Half a bunch of green onions
  • Sour cream, mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.


Cooking:

1. Let the chicken boil in salted water, cool, and cut into small pieces. Wash the vegetables, cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small cubes. Cut the pepper into strips.

2. Chop green onions on a board. Mix the resulting ingredients in a bowl.

3. Salt and season with mayonnaise and sour cream. Alternatively, you can make this salad without mayonnaise.

Salad with chicken, tomatoes and Chinese cabbage

Products:

  • Chicken meat – 100 g
  • Beijing cabbage -100 gr
  • Tomato – 1 piece
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • Cucumber – 1⁄2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise -2 tbsp. l.

Recipe:

1. To prepare a salad with chicken, tomatoes and Chinese cabbage, boil the chicken fillet, then cut it into pieces. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage.

2. Open the pepper, separate the seeds and membranes, then chop into pieces.

3. Wash the cucumber and tomato. They need to be cut into cubes.

4. Now mix everything in a salad bowl and add mayonnaise. All that's left is to mix and you're done.

So, to prepare an original and light salad with chicken meat and fried nuts you will need the following ingredients:

  • thick piquant ketchup (32 ml);
  • chicken fillet (320 g);
  • cognac for aroma (a few drops);
  • Chinese salad (one small head);
  • light mayonnaise (three tablespoons);
  • raw cashews (half a glass);
  • tomatoes (six pieces);
  • table salt (to your taste).

Cooking:

1. Chicken fillet should first be boiled, and you can additionally add some aromatic spices during cooking.

2. As soon as the chicken fillet is cooked, you need to cut it into smaller pieces, then divide the tomatoes into halves.

3. Transfer everything into a glass salad bowl, add shredded Chinese lettuce there, add cashews, which were previously fried in a dry frying pan.

4. Prepare a special sauce for salad with chicken, tomatoes and cashews from cognac, mayonnaise, salt, as well as ketchup, taken in the required quantity, mix everything and add the prepared dressing to the dish.
