  • fresh champignons - 250-300 g;

We take out a dish and put the ingredients for the future salad on it in layers. You need to take a large dish. First, lay out the potatoes.

chicken fillet – about 200 gr.

chicken egg – 3 pcs.

I used half a chicken breast. Boil the chicken in 1 liter of water with the addition of 1 tsp. table salt within 30 minutes after the broth boils. Then cool.

Cut the onion into quarter rings.


Peel the hard-boiled eggs and separate them into whites and yolks. Grind the whites on a grater.


Did you know that in order to prevent the yolks from changing their color from yellow to gray, eggs must be boiled for no more than 10 minutes. To easily peel an egg, place it in cold water immediately after boiling.

Cut the ham into thin strips.


Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
