  • smoked chicken – 250 g;
  • onions;
  • crackers – 100 g;
  • sour cream – 3 tbsp. spoons;

Place the beans from the jar in a colander, rinse them and place them on a plate where the salad will be prepared. The smoked chicken is cut up, all the bones are removed, and the meat is cut into small pieces and added to the beans. You can use pickled or sautéed onions depending on your preference.

The cucumber is cut into small cubes, the greens are chopped. A couple of sprigs can be left to decorate the salad before serving. Mix all the ingredients, adding croutons at the end, season with mayonnaise and spices. Now our dish is completely ready!
