  • ham (200 g);
  • canned pineapple (200-300 g);
  • pickled/fresh cucumber (4 pcs.);
  • boiled carrots (4 pcs.);
  • sweet pepper (3 pcs.);
  • avocado (2-3 pcs.);
  • soft cream cheese (200 g);
  • boiled egg (5 pcs.);
  • green onions/onions (1 bunch/2-3 pcs.);

Preparation:

  5. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes. Cut one carrot into circles, make the edges jagged (as in the photo) and leave for decoration.
  6. Wash the peppers, remove the core and seeds. Cut the pulp into cubes.
  7. Wash the avocado, peel it and remove the pit. Cut the pulp into small cubes.
  8. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  9. We clean the eggs and cut them into cubes. Cut one protein into circles and reserve for decoration.
  10. Wash the green onions, dry them on a paper towel and finely chop them.
  11. Wash the parsley (greens) and lay it out to dry on a paper towel.
  12. We lay out the prepared ingredients in layers or mix them in a deep container, add salt and pepper, and season with mayonnaise.
  13. Decorate the finished dish with protein, carrots and herbs.
