  1. I mix soda with jam. It turns out foam.
  2. Kefir and chicken. I mix the eggs, adding sugar, rast. butter and jam with foam. I add vanillin and orange zest, according to your wishes. You can put cinnamon, ginger, musk. chopped nuts or cloves. A pinch of spices is enough.

    6. Bake without changing the temperature until done and the top is golden brown. Check readiness by piercing the surface of the baked goods with a toothpick. If traces of dough are visible on the surface, the cake needs to be finished baking.

    Ingredients:

    Butter, natural butter – 100 gr.;

    250 gr. white granulated sugar;

    One fresh egg;

    500 gr. white flour;

    Vanilla powder;

    250 ml 3.2% kefir;

    Lemon juice or table vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.;

    Five big apples.

    Cooking method:

    1. Cut peeled and seeded apples into medium-sized, oblong pieces or thin slices.

    2. Using low heat, preferably in a water bath, melt the butter. Cool, add granulated sugar and break the egg. Add vanilla powder at the tip of a knife, pour in warm kefir and whisk well until smooth.

    3. Place baking soda (0.5 tsp) in a small ladle and quench with lemon juice or vinegar. When the mixture stops bubbling and sizzling, add it to the kefir mass. Add flour and beat thoroughly. The dough should be quite liquid and completely homogeneous, without flour lumps.

    4. Moisten a deep small roasting pan with oil and pour in about half the dough. Then place the apples on it and fill them with the rest.

    5. Bake the pie in the oven for half an hour, at 200 degrees, then remove it from the mold and cool slightly.

    6. While the baked goods are cooling, coarsely break the chocolate into the condensed milk and heat over low heat. When the chocolate is completely melted, stir well and spread the prepared glaze over the cooled cake.

    Tangerine sweet pie with kefir

    Ingredients:

    Large tangerines – 6 pcs.;

    100 gr. softened sweet cream butter;

    200 gr. refined sugar (sand);

    The egg is fresh;

    Warm kefir – a full glass + 2 tbsp. l.;

    Three full glasses of baking flour;

    Baking powder – 2 tsp;

    A little powdered sugar for decoration.

    Cooking method:

    1. Peel all tangerines. Divide five pieces into slices and smash with a food processor until pureed.

    2. Grind granulated sugar with softened butter until white. Add a slightly beaten egg and a small pinch of table salt. Pour in tangerine puree, kefir and mix the mixture well with a mixer.

    Fresh sorrel – 300 gr.;

    200 gr. white sugar;

    250 ml 2.5% kefir;

    One and a half cups of flour;

    200 ml 22% cream;

    White coconut flakes – 100 gr.

    Cooking method:

    1. Dissolve granulated sugar in kefir. Add vanilla sugar, egg and beat well. Add the ripper and, adding flour in portions, knead the dough.

    250 gr. 9% cottage cheese;

    One raw fresh egg;

    Three tablespoons of sugar;

    350 gram jar of canned pineapple pieces;

    Vanillin.

    Cooking method:

    1. Mash the eggs and granulated sugar well. Pour in kefir, vegetable oil and mix everything well with a spoon. Without stopping stirring, add double-sifted flour and baking powder. To make it easier to achieve a uniform consistency, first add only a third of the flour and stir it well. Then add the rest and stir again. There is no need to beat the mass, so stir everything only with a spoon.

    2. In a separate container, mix the egg and cottage cheese, add sugar, followed by vanilla. If the cottage cheese has large grains, grind it on a sieve.

    3. Take a springform pan, optimally 22–25 cm in diameter, and grease its sides and bottom with vegetable oil. Pour the thick dough, reminiscent of homemade sour cream, into the mold and gently smooth it with a spoon.

    4. Using a large spoon, spread half of the curd filling in a checkerboard pattern. Place the pineapple pieces in the next layer, and then, filling the spaces free from the filling, lay out the rest of the filling.

    5. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and place a roasting pan in it. Bake, watching the color of the surface, for no more than 50 minutes.

    6. When finished, cool slightly, carefully remove from the mold and cut into pieces.

    Quick chocolate sweet pie with kefir

    Ingredients:

    White granulated sugar – 200 gr.;

    Two tablespoons of cocoa powder;

    100 gr. natural butter, unsalted butter;

    300 ml low-fat kefir;

    Three chicken eggs;

    Three glasses of wheat flour;

    Table vinegar 9%;

    100 gr. dark, at least 74%, chocolate.

    Cooking method:

    1. Mix sugar and dry cocoa. Add eggs, melted cooled butter, pour in kefir and stir the mixture thoroughly. The sugar crystals should dissolve.
