500 g chicken meat (thighs, breast),
1 onion
salt, seasonings - to taste.

Cooking:
Mix kefir, egg, soda, butter, sour cream and flour and knead the dough a little softer in consistency than dumplings. Divide it into 2 parts. Spread one part in a baking dish, previously greased with oil, and put finely chopped onion on it. Separate the raw chicken from the bones, salt, add seasonings to taste and put on top of the onion (to make the chicken a little juicier, you can mix it with a little mayonnaise). Roll out the remaining dough and cover the filling. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.

It remains only to add that no matter what filling you prefer, your kefir pie, thanks to the presence of this truly miraculous drink in the dough, will come out simply delicious!

When guests are already on the doorstep, and you don’t have a treat ready, a quick kefir pie would be an ideal option. Cooking time - a minimum, but how much pleasure from a delicious dish!

The recipes are so simple that even a child can cope with making a pie. There are many recipes for cooking, which differ in the filling, the amount of sugar and butter in the dough.

Recipe for a quick kefir pie with cabbage

Composition:

  1. Cabbage - 500 g
  2. Kefir - 300 ml
  3. Flour - 160 g
  4. Butter - 70 g (50 g for dough, 20 g for frying)
  5. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  6. Salt - 2 tsp
  7. Soda - ½ tsp
  8. Greens (parsley, dill) - to taste
  9. Cumin - to taste

Cooking:

  • Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt. Add soda, 1 tbsp. kefir. Stir and gently add the flour, stirring constantly the dough.
  • Shred the cabbage. Put it in a pan with pre-melted butter. Add greens, cumin and salt to the cabbage. Simmer until fully cooked over medium heat. Add some water if necessary.
  • Grease a baking dish with oil, pour out a smaller part of the dough, spread the filling in an even layer. Pour the rest of the dough over the filling. Put small pieces of butter on top of the dough.
  • Cabbage pie is baked in the oven at a temperature of 190 - 200 degrees. After 45 minutes, remove the mold from the oven and check the readiness of the pie.

The finished dish can be served at the table.

Quick kefir pie with jam: recipe

Composition:

  1. Flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  2. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  3. Kefir - 150 ml
  4. Jam (any) - 1 tbsp.
  5. Sugar - 500 g
  6. Soda - 1 tsp

Cooking:

  • Extinguish soda using jam. Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir, pour flour and knead the dough. Add jam to the dough and knead everything again.
  • Lubricate the mold with butter, pour the dough. Put the mold with the dough in the oven for 25 minutes. The readiness of the cake is determined by a toothpick.
  • When the dish is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool. When the cake has cooled, spread it with jam. Ready pie on kefir can be served both cold and hot.

Quick kefir pie with cheese: recipe

Composition:

  1. Kefir - 40 ml
  2. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  3. Flour - 3.5 tbsp.
  4. Cheese - 200 g (100 g for the dough, 100 g for the filling)
  5. Soda - 0.5 tsp
  6. Salt and sugar - to taste
  7. Butter - 50 g
  8. Potato - 5 pcs.

Cooking:

  • Beat eggs with sugar, add soda, grated cheese, flour and kefir. Mix everything. You should have a soft dough.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into circles. Fry in a pan, do not forget to salt.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil, pour in half of the dough, put in the filling (fried potatoes, grated cheese and again potatoes). Pour out the second part of the dough.
  • The cake is baked at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Quick kefir pie with cottage cheese

Composition:

  1. Kefir - 200 ml
  2. Curd - 200 g
  3. Flour - 1 tbsp.
  4. Eggs - 3 pcs.
  5. Apple - 1 pc.
  6. Soda - 1 tsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Vanilla sugar - to taste
  9. Cinnamon - to taste

Cooking:

  • Mix eggs with sugar, add soda, vanilla sugar, salt, pour in kefir and add flour. Knead the dough.
  • Grate an apple on a coarse grater. Mix it with curd. Add the apple-curd mass to the prepared dough.
  • Lubricate the mold with butter. Pour the dough into a mould. Put the baking sheet with the dough in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake until tender (about 30 minutes).

Quick kefir pie with chocolate

Composition:

  1. Flour - 3 tbsp.
  2. Kefir - 300 ml
  3. Eggs - 3 pcs.
  4. Butter - 100 g
  5. Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  6. Soda - 1 pc.
  7. Cocoa - 50 g
  8. Chocolate chips - 100 g

Cooking:

  • Mix all ingredients. Add soda slaked with vinegar.
  • Pour the chocolate batter into a baking dish. Place the container in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. The cake is baked for 25 minutes.
  • The finished dish is decorated with chocolate icing or poured with melted chocolate.

Quick kefir pie with meat

Composition:

  1. Sour cream - 0.5 tbsp.
  2. Eggs - 3 pcs.
  3. Flour - 2/3 tbsp.
  4. Minced meat - 300 g
  5. Onion - 1 pc.
  6. Garlic - 1 z.
  7. Carrot - 1 pc.
  8. Pepper and salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Prepare the dough: mix sour cream, eggs and flour. The dough should turn out like sour cream in consistency.
  • Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and spices. Fry the minced meat, add the vegetable filling.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in half of the dough, add the meat filling and pour in the rest of the dough. Place the container with the dough in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. After 50 minutes, check the readiness of the cake.

The finished dish is served with sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup or any other sauce.
