I pour wheat flour (of course it is supposed to be sifted, but I do not sift) into a bowl

I spread it on a floured surface and crush it with my hands, making a layer about 1-1.5 cm thick and start cutting out cookies (I used an ordinary cup for tea today).

Future livers are already getting big and plump, so I pierce them with a fork for better baking.

I lay out the cookie cutters on a baking sheet. I'm used to lubricating everything that I put on baking with plain water with a brush (unnecessary flour is removed and ruddy is added later).
