Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken ham – 1 piece
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs
  • Fresh cucumber – 4 pcs.
  • Canned corn - 1 can (350 g)
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation:

  • Cheese “Russian” – 100 gr
  • Pickled cucumbers – 4 pcs.
  • Red onion - 1 pc.
  • Marinated champignons – 200 gr
  • Green onions - for decoration
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vinegar 9% - 1 teaspoon
  • Curry

Preparation:

1. Peel the red onion. Then chop it very finely and put it in a deep bowl. Pour boiling water and add 1 teaspoon of vinegar 9%. Leave aside and let it marinate. After 10 minutes, drain the water.

2. Boil the chicken breast and cool. To add flavor, you can rub it with a mixture of curry and salt. Finely chop it into pieces.

3. Boil the potatoes in their skins in advance, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the boiled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Finely chop the pickled cucumbers with a knife. 3. Grind the cooled liver into thin strips. Separately, grate eggs, pickled cucumbers and cheese on a coarse grater. Now you can be calm, all the ingredients are prepared.

4. And now, finally, let’s start assembling our dish. To begin, place lettuce leaves on a plate in a circle and brush with a little mayonnaise.

5. Place the liver in the first layer. Lay it out nicely in a circle. Lightly salt and cover with mayonnaise. Place cucumbers in the next layer. Next come the fried vegetables, cover them with mayonnaise. Then cover the layer with eggs, lightly salt and coat with mayonnaise.

Ingredients for one serving:

  • pickled champignons - 300 g;
  • potatoes in the amount of 2-3 medium-sized tubers;

  • two eggs;
  • 120 g cheese.
