Today, once again, I baked a honey cake - what a delicious, albeit very simple, homemade cake. Especially if boiled condensed milk is added to sour cream, I like this option the most.

For honey cakes you will need the following products:

Put a saucepan with honey and margarine on a slow fire.

In the meantime, I beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer until a dense foam.

As soon as honey and margarine are melted, add 2 tsp. soda and mix well. A large foam will rise - hold on a small fire a little more, stirring.

Then add the beaten eggs to the bowl and mix well. Again, put on a slow fire, and in two or three steps add two-thirds of the flour, while kneading the dough well.

When the mass becomes completely homogeneous, remove it from the heat and knead the remaining flour.

Hot dough is very sticky.

It is necessary to leave it until completely cooled and then it will become much denser, it will be possible to roll it out.
