Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 400 g
  • Brown rice - 1 cup
  • String beans - 100 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Eggplant - 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Soy sauce - 7 tbsp. spoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Ginger root - 20 g
  • Teriyaki sauce - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Olive oil for frying

Cut the chicken fillet into small sticks and put them in a bowl. Top with soy sauce and squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through a press, peel the ginger root and rub it on a fine grater into a bowl, mix everything and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Let's start cooking vegetables at this time.

Pour boiling water over the green beans and send to medium heat for 10 minutes, then put it in a colander until it is cooked in the pan.

Pour a glass of brown rice with 2.5 cups of boiling water and send it to cook on the stove for 30-35 minutes, it is cooked longer than ordinary white rice.

  1. Combine ginger with sauce, add vinegar, honey and oil. Mix everything and leave for ten minutes.
  2. Cut the fillet into cubes and put in the sauce to marinate for half an hour.
  3. Remove the meat from the sauce, squeeze and fry.
  4. When the fillet becomes golden in color, pour the rest of the sauce into it, simmer, stirring, until it boils completely.

Stew the chicken in the sauce over low heat to avoid burning the meat.

For cooking dishes, a Chinese wok pan with a deep and convex bottom is suitable. But if you don’t have such dishes at home, an ordinary deep frying pan will do.
