  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease it with olive oil. With wet hands, form meat urchins and place on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Distribute it among the hedgehogs on a baking sheet. Cover the baking sheet with foil.
  5. Bake meat hedgehogs with potatoes in a well-heated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Grease a baking tray with oil.
