  • boiling water – 0.6 l;
  • drumsticks – 6 pcs.;
  • pepper, salt;
  • onion – 1 small head;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves.

Cooking method:

  1. Rinse the cereal. In a deep bowl, pour boiling water over it, seasoning with salt and pepper. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Wash the legs, salt and pepper. You can add any seasonings to your liking.
  3. Set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  4. Crush the garlic, chop the onion.
