Grease the last layer with mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with herbs.

Smoked Mackerel Salad

This salad is an excellent alternative to the well-known “Herring under a fur coat” salad. Products for such a dish will need the following:

  • smoked mackerel (1 pc.);
  • chicken eggs (2 pcs.);
  • medium potatoes (2 pcs.);
  • beets (1 pc.);
  • carrots (1 pc.);
  • mayonnaise.

Transfer all finished products to a salad bowl, pepper and add mayonnaise. Finish with quartered eggs on top of the salad.
