    But then I came across a recipe for homemade ketchup. And if such a thing, I decided to try to cook, just for the sake of curiosity. Moreover, my tendency is clear: I try to cook everything myself whenever possible. Well, now is the best time for tomato preparations: tomatoes are fragrant, fleshy and inexpensive which is nice too.

    3 kg ripe fleshy tomatoes
    250 ml white wine vinegar
    250 g sugar
    1/2 tbsp salt
    1 chili pepper
    3 garlic cloves
    ginger root ~ 3 cm
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp curry powder
    2 tsp ground paprika
