2. If aerosol spraying equipment is found on board the aircraft, draw up an appropriate act and dismantle the equipment. Force airlines to pay heavy fines.

3. Establish an agency responsible for environmental protection and atmospheric control, to which citizens could apply with facts of violations, and equip it with appropriate equipment and equipment.

4. Raise your head more often and look at the sky - what is happening above your head! If you see chemtrails in your city, try to take a picture of them or film them with a video camera. Then send over the Internet, (call) the authorities of the city, the country and the security services of the country and the city, contact public and environmental organizations, write to the newspapers. Tell on the Internet.

Victims are encouraged to:
1. take pictures of chemtrails;

The former head of the FBI also had to carefully investigate and calculate approximately 2 locations, according to which there are planes that sprayed this chemical preparation. He managed to personally inspect these aircraft, one of which is still in the state of Nebraska - in Lincoln, and the second - in the same state, on the territory of the National Defense, that is, the territory of the American military forces. As you know, they have absolutely no markings, and they look like huge bomber-type aircraft without any license plates.

Undoubtedly, this is a crime, first of all, in front of all mankind. A crime against all of America. Crime against its citizens. And this needs to be stopped. And who are the judges?

In general, we have a problem with state quality control. And where the state leaves a vacuum, interesting private traders immediately start up. There is, for example, such an amazing three-headed organization (in the formats of JSC, NP, ROO) - Roskontrol, where "Ros" turns out to be an abbreviation and stands for three ways at once: "The governing body of the system", "Regional organization of the system" and "Regional public system". Here they love to control the quality of everything they can get their hands on, but there are serious suspicions that this work is done more in the interests of individual organizations than consumers.

But where is the guarantee that the same three-headed state monster of Rosselkhoznadzor, Rospotrebnadzor and Roskachestvo will be more objective? Where is the guarantee that the list of Roskachestvo will be compiled impartially? We ourselves could not understand whether we had doping or not, will the “sausage” investigation be more successful? And the main question - what will happen next? Here we will find all kinds of filth in the products, and then what? What will the consumer get from this?

Will they go into reserves?

A leading expert in the meat industry, a butcher with 30 years of experience, Boris Ryabinkin, commented on the situation to Tsargrad in an extremely sad voice:

To date, a lot of shops are closed, for example, due to inconsistencies between the growth of VAT and contracts with trade, as well as for other reasons. Therefore, now there will be a lot of falsification, especially natural meat and sausages. Prices for raw materials have risen, and retail chains are not going to raise purchase prices. So it turned out to be a blow to the shop workers, and this is not good for the quality of the products. It is almost impossible to produce normal quality with the current purchase prices - somewhere you have to be smart with something, especially in the meat industry. Here "Miratorg", for example, depends on itself, they will not have a special drop in quality, because they have their own distribution network. And the rest, especially small workshops and farms, suppliers of dumplings, sausages are now suffering, there is a huge crisis. I personally know five farms in the Moscow region that are no longer working, waiting for prices to settle down. And new checks will lead to fines, to the closure of dozens more farms. Yes, state reserves will be opened, military stocks where meat is stored for five to ten years, but it is also difficult to call it a high-quality product.

The stock of price level maintenance, formed “thanks to” the economic shock of 2015, has ended. Producers are unanimous in their opinion: the dictatorship of retail chains with the increase in taxes (okay, VAT, you look at what is happening with the property tax!) simply forces them, let's say, to "maneuver". Or leave the market altogether. That is, flogging for quality without changes in the legislation - more precisely, without rolling back a number of changes - will not lead to anything other than the disappearance of products from the shelves. And here the question arises about the mutual obligations of the state and business.
