Products for 2 liters of jam:

  • 8 kiwi;
  • 1.5-2 lemons;
  • 2 large tangerines;
  • small tangerines, so that together with other fruits you get 1 kg. 650 gr. products;
  • distilled water – 600 ml;
  • granulated sugar – 1500 kg.

Preparation

  1. We peel small tangerines and one large one, as well as all the kiwis. Wash the lemons along with the remaining large tangerine, remove the zest from them. We divide small tangerines into slices and cut each of them in half. We simply divide large tangerines into slices, but do not cut them.
  2. Take a saucepan, add water and sugar, put it on the fire and, stirring, completely dissolve the sugar in the water, making a kind of syrup. Add the zest of one orange and two lemons to the sugar syrup and simmer for another two or three minutes.
  3. Place tangerines cut into slices into the ingredients in the saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring, and cook for a couple of minutes. Then turn off the gas, cover the food with a lid and leave it like that for at least 6 hours, or better yet, overnight.
  4. After the allotted time, put the pan back on low heat and bring to a boil.
  5. Cut the kiwi into arbitrary pieces according to size, as you like best, I cut it into small pieces. Squeeze the juice from one and a half lemons.
  6. Add kiwi to the boiling products and pour in lemon juice, stir, cook, not forgetting to stir the products, for three to four minutes.
  7. Turn off the heat, pour the jam into prepared sterile jars (be sure to sterilize the containers), close the lids and roll up or tighten if they have screw lids.

Kiwi jam for the winter with tangerines is ready. It is best to store it in the refrigerator, but you can even store it in the kitchen. Just remember, in the second case, you will need to eat the product within three months, and such jam will last in the refrigerator for about two years.


Delicious kiwi, banana and lemon jam for the winter

You will need:

  • 10 kiwis (strong, better if they are sour);
  • 2 bananas;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 2 teaspoons of gelatin tea (1 bag);
  • 400-450 gr. sugar (preferably to your taste, since fruits can be different for everyone - sweeter or, on the contrary, sour).

Preparation

  1. Peel the kiwi and banana. Cut into small pieces into a saucepan, crush a little with a masher.
  2. Add squeezed lemon juice, gelatin, sugar and 2 tablespoons of water to the products, mix and put it all on the fire.
  3. Cook the jam for about seven minutes. It should thicken a little. Don't forget to stir the sweetness constantly so that it doesn't burn.
  4. Sterilize jam jars. Boil the lids. Kiwi jam can be rolled up for the winter, or it can be closed with screw lids. If you prefer the second method and are using used lids, boil them for 10 minutes before sealing the product.
  5. Pour hot kiwi jam into jars for the winter, close, wrap, and let cool completely.

Turn off the heat, let the jam cool a little (half an hour is enough), then repeat the cooking procedure, but now we just bring the mixture to a boil and remove. Kiwi jam is ready for the winter! All that remains is to pour it into sterile (pre-sterilized) jars and close.
