    Fry boiled shrimp with garlic in vegetable oil for 5 - 10 minutes. Boil the squid carcasses in lightly salted water. After the squids are cooked, cool them and remove the top film. Cut the carcasses into small cubes. Cut the trout into medium-sized cubes. Chop the Chinese cabbage across the leaf. Finely chop the boiled eggs.

    Let's prepare the salad dressing. Mix about 30-50 grams of olive oil with 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Add dried basil or any other dried herbs to the resulting mixture to taste. Then add salt and pepper to the dressing. After everything is mixed, vigorously beat the entire resulting mass for 1-2 minutes.

    Place all the prepared ingredients in a large bowl and pour the resulting dressing on top. If desired, you can decorate the salad with finely chopped herbs, such as onions.

    Advice. If desired, the shrimp can be replaced with a seafood cocktail mixture. Squid in the salad will acquire a more aromatic taste if you add a few black peppercorns during cooking.

    This salad is interesting for its structure; everything in it can be said to be balanced. This balance of taste is achieved thanks to homemade mayonnaise.

    For the salad we need the following ingredients:

  • 350 gr. boiled chicken
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 250-300 gr. pickled or pickled cucumbers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • jar of canned green peas
  • 100-150 gr. prunes
  • homemade mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • To pickle onions you need water and vinegar

    This salad is laid out in layers. And the first thing we will do is cut the onion and pickle it. Now take a separate container and pour water and vinegar in equal proportions. That is, for example, 2 tablespoons. water and the same amount of vinegar. We use balsamic, but you can use any you like. Add a little salt and pepper. Add onion and leave in marinade for 15-20 minutes.

    Now, the first layer will be chicken, so we need to chop it finely. Place the prepared chicken on the bottom of the plate, which we cover with a layer of mayonnaise. We do this with all layers.

    The next layer will be cucumbers, we also chop them finely. Next we will have pickled onions. We strain it through a sieve and put it on a plate (in the third layer) on top of the salad. grate eggs and carrots on a fine grater. We grate them and put them on the salad. Green peas that we still have (which we lay out in another layer). Place finely chopped prunes on top. Sprinkle the salad generously with mayonnaise.     You will need:
  • a small head of cabbage,
  • a pack of crab meat or sticks,
  • mayonnaise,
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt to taste.

    How to cook: Finely chop the cabbage, and also finely chop the crab sticks. Add chopped sticks and corn to the cabbage (drain the juice first). Then add the required amount of mayonnaise, horseradish and lemon juice. Mix and add salt. Ready!

    You will need:
  • 500 g pickled champignons,
  • 150 g pickled cucumbers,

    You will need:
  • 200-300 g of boiled meat,
  • 2 boiled eggs,
  • 100 g pitted prunes,
  • 2 boiled carrots,
  • 100 g walnuts,
  • 2 olives,
  • lettuce leaves,
  • mayonnaise,
  • salt,
  • pepper.

    How to cook: Finely chop the meat, add coarsely grated eggs and chopped prunes. Then we chop the walnuts and send it to the resulting mixture. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Transfer the salad to a plate and shape it into a carrot (you can use a sheet of foil). All that remains is to decorate the salad with grated carrots on all sides.     • 1 fresh cucumber

    Step by step recipe:

    1. Boil the reserved chicken fillet. While it is cooking, you can finely chop the vegetables and chop the olives into small half rings.
    2. Mix together finely grated cheese, chicken, separated into fibers and olives. Place the mixture on a watermelon-shaped plate.
    3. We need to place tomatoes and cucumbers on top of our slice so that they look like a juicy watermelon. Make pits from olives. Place a thin layer of cheese between the tomatoes and cucumber, as shown in the photo.

    The composition of the products is designed for 3-4 servings, if you want to make more, just increase the amount of ingredients.

    Meat salad with prunes

    If you are a fur coat lover or just can’t resist its presence on the holiday table, we suggest you slightly change your preferences. A great alternative to this dish would be a salad with prunes. The ingredients are practically the same as in a fur coat, but it is more exotic.

    To prepare this salad, stock up on:

    • Pork – 200 grams
    • Potatoes – 4 pieces
    • Beetroot – 1 piece
    • Prunes – 100 grams
    • Carrots – 2 pieces
    • Mayonnaise – 200 grams.

    Remember, the more mayonnaise, the better the salad is soaked and, accordingly, it will be more tender and tastier.

    Cooking method:

    1. Boil meat, potatoes, beets and carrots. Just cook the meat separately from the vegetables.
    2. Pour boiling water over the prunes for 15 minutes to soften them.
    3. When the vegetables are boiled, they need to be grated on a coarse grater or cut into small strips.
    4. Now cut the meat into small cubes or cut into strips.
    5. This salad should be layered. The first layer will be potatoes, then a layer of meat (half), then carrots, then prunes, followed by beets. Well, the last layer will be the remaining meat. Don't forget to coat each layer with mayonnaise.

Many people have long been tired of traditional dishes, so people try to add some original and simple recipe. This salad will add great variety to your holiday decorations, and if you arrange it in the shape of the year—the Monkey—it will look even more impressive.

    You will need:

    • Cod liver in oil – 1 jar
    • Chicken egg – 3 pieces
    • Medium carrots – 1 piece
    • Hard cheese – 100 grams
    • Mayonnaise
    • Salt, pepper to taste

    IMPORTANT! Don't try to skimp on cod liver because it is the main ingredient. If you purchase an unnatural product, you risk ruining the entire dish.

    Let's move on to cooking:

    1. Soften the cod liver with a fork in a separate plate until a paste forms.
    2. Boil the carrots, cool them and grate them on a fine grater. These carrots should be placed on the cod liver.
    3. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise. You can simply make a mayonnaise mesh - here you can act at your own discretion. But there is an opinion that when I use a layer in the form of a mayonnaise mesh, the salad turns out more airy.
    4. Pass the hard cheese through a fine grater and place it in the next layer. After it there is again a layer in the form of mayonnaise.
    5. Separate the boiled eggs from the yolks. Grind the whites on a fine grater and place in another layer, which will also be coated with mayonnaise.
    6. Finely chop the remaining yolks and sprinkle on top of all layers. Use greenery for decoration.

    Salad “Christmas tree toys”

    This New Year's salad is so colorful that you don't even want to eat it. Many guests, having not yet tried it, begin to ask the hostess what she prepared it from. It is incredibly tasty and filling.

    Components:

    • Chicken fillet – 1 piece
    • Large potatoes – 3 pieces
    • Champignons (can be marinated) – 200 grams
    • Processed cheese – 1 piece
    • Canned corn – 1 can
    • Chicken egg – 2 pieces
    • Carrots – 1 piece
    • Garlic, salt, dill, pepper - to taste
    • Red bell pepper – 1 piece
    • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
    • Red cabbage juice – 6 tablespoons
    • Mayonnaise

    Preparation:

    Boil the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the whites on a coarse grater and soak for 30 minutes in red cabbage juice. Then it will turn a nice blue color. The red bell pepper needs to be grated on a fine grater or if you have a blender, it is better to grind it there. Add spices to taste and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.

    Potatoes need to be boiled in their skins and cooled. Peel it and grate it on a coarse grater. Boil the champignons and chop finely. If you are using pickled produce, simply chop it up.

    Cut the boiled fillet finely.

    Now you can start forming “toys” from grated potatoes. You can use the photo as an example. Potato toys should be greased with mayonnaise and multi-colored whites, yolks, carrots, and bell peppers should be placed on top. Make snowflakes on these toys using stripes of mayonnaise.

    The plate on which you place this original salad can be decorated with sprigs of parsley or dill.

    Salad “Carnival tree”

    This recipe is considered one of the easiest, but at the same time it fits perfectly into New Year's dishes, and also looks the part. The only difficulty is to lay out the layers in the shape of a Christmas tree, but good housewives will certainly cope with this task.

    Salad ingredients:

    • 150 grams of salted herring
    • 150 grams of Korean carrots
    • 3 medium potatoes
    • 3 pieces of chicken eggs
    • 3 small beets
    • 1 can of canned peas
    • Bunch of green onions and dill
    • Pomegranate seeds
    • Canned corn

    Cooking method:

    This salad should be laid out in layers, each layer well lubricated with mayonnaise.

    The first layer is Korean carrots.

    New Year's salads are always the highlight of the holiday. This one is especially interesting for its design. Having prepared it, you will definitely surprise everyone present.

    Ingredients for the dish:

    • 3 medium potatoes boiled in their jackets
    • 2 boiled chicken eggs
    • 2 medium carrots
    • 500 grams boiled broccoli
    • 2 small pickled cucumbers
    • 200 grams of boiled meat or ham
    • 1 medium onion
    • Bunch of dill or parsley
    • Pepper, salt to taste
    • Red paprika for garnish
    • 4 pieces of cheese slices
    • Pomegranate seeds

    Step by step recipe:

    1. First, prepare the sauce that you will use to coat the layers. Take meat or ham, cut into small cubes. Do the same with cucumbers and onions. Season all these products with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir the sauce.
    2. Now take a large dish and lay out the ingredients in layers, brushing them with sauce: potatoes, carrots, eggs, broccoli. Just grind it all on a coarse grater first.
    3. When all the layers are laid out, poke 4 holes in the salad - it is best to do this with a teaspoon.
    4. Roll the cheese slices into a tube and insert them into these holes. Lightly grease the plates with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese. Candle fire can be made from red bell pepper.
    5. Garnish the salad with herbs and pomegranate beads.
