  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • basil - bunch;
  • salt - to taste;
  • pepper - optional.

Peel the garlic and press it through a press into a bowl. We also spread sour cream and mayonnaise here. We mix the composition. Chop the washed basil. We rub the cheese through a grater of any fraction. We spread all this to sour cream with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to your liking.   • butter - 30 grams;

  • cheese - 80-120 grams;
  • garlic - 1-5 cloves;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • spices and herbs to taste.

To prepare cheese-mayonnaise filling, you need to sweat the flour in butter. Beware of lumps. When the flour has sweated and mixed with butter, add mayonnaise mixed with water. Boil the sauce in a saucepan, salt it to taste and add spices. Grate the cheese and pour into the filling.

Delicious filling for pizza is obtained from eggs, mayonnaise and mushrooms. Before proceeding with its preparation, it is necessary to check the availability of all products in the right quantity:

  • low-fat mayonnaise - half a glass;
  • fresh champignons - 135 grams;
  • half an onion;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil without aroma.

To prepare the mushroom filling, fry the washed champignons over low heat, cutting them into slices. Add chopped onion to them and cook until the onion acquires a bright golden hue. Salt and pepper the mushroom mass. Pour the mayonnaise into a bowl and simmer over low heat for about three minutes, covered. When it's time to coat the top of the topped pizza with mushroom sauce, stir in the raw egg and pour over before placing in the oven.

Garlic

  • garlic - 5 large cloves;
  • vegetable oil, unflavoured - 100 ml;

Beat the eggs, adding salt and spices to the mixture. We send here the garlic squeezed through a special press. Add the entire norm of oil and mix the emulsion very well. Egg-mayonnaise

Very thick and incredibly tender filling is obtained.

Here's what it consists of:

  • mayonnaise - 1 cup;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • cheese (semi-hard varieties or hard) - 300 grams;
  • garlic - to taste;
  • pepper, seasonings - optional.

And this is how we prepare it.

Using a mixer, beat eggs with mayonnaise. Add seasonings, your favorite herbs, garlic. Those who do not like garlic can bypass this item. Pour in half of the entire norm of grated cheese. The second part of the product is needed in order to sprinkle the top of the pizza in the oven with it five minutes before the end of the cooking process.

And now we offer to study the pizza recipe, without being distracted from studying the fillings for it. The basis can be taken ready-made and independently made at home.

Now roll out the dough into a layer with a thickness of five to eight millimeters. Give any form. dough:

  • 30 g fresh pressed yeast
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 art. spoons of olive oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • 500 g wheat flour

filling:

  • 200-250 g raw smoked sausage (or ham)
  • 250-300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g hard cheese (half can be replaced with mozzarella)
  • 3 eggs (one for each pizza)
  • olive oil - for lubrication.

Cooking

  • Crumble the yeast, add sugar and 100 ml of warm milk. Leave for 15-20 minutes for the mixture to work.
  • Combine the remaining milk, olive oil, and egg in a mixing bowl or deep bowl. Beat the ingredients well with a mixer or whisk.
  • Sift the flour into the egg-milk mixture, pour in the yeast and knead the pizza dough.
  • Gather the dough into a ball, cover the bowl with a towel or cling film, leave in a warm place for an hour.
  • Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Cut the sausage into thin circles, and then in half, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  • Knead the risen dough again and divide it into three parts.
  • Roll out each part on a floured surface into a circle with a diameter of 23-25 ​​cm.
  • Transfer the pizza base to a baking sheet or baking dish, brush the surface with olive oil. You can also do it traditionally - spread a small amount of tomato sauce or ketchup over the surface. Wrap the edges of the dough inward, forming a small rim. Spread sausage and tomatoes on the surface of the pizza, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Break the egg into the center, being careful not to break the yolk.
  • Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Bake the pizzas until golden (the cheese should be melted and the egg should be completely cooked through). When the “convection” mode is on, you can cook 2 pizzas at the same time, if there is no such mode in your oven, it will take a little more time.

Well, on a purchase basis, its preparation time is reduced by at least half.

    Pizza with veal and eggs

    The test will require

    • half a glass of milk;
    • a teaspoon of sugar;
    • a teaspoon of dry yeast;
    • 9 tbsp flour;
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise;
    • a pinch of salt.

    Pour dry yeast into a warm (!) Bowl and fill it with milk heated to 40 degrees. Mix thoroughly. Pour salt and sugar here. We interfere again. Add mayonnaise and half the flour, previously sifted through a sieve. Knead the dough well, adding a little of the remaining flour.     We prepare the filling from:

    • 100 g minced veal;
    • two bulbs;
    • quarters of sweet pepper;
    • 4 raw eggs;
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • spices (to taste);
    • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise.

    Roll out the increased dough into a thin circle. We clean the onion from the husk, rinse with cold water and finely chop. We heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, spread the onion and minced veal. Add spices and fry until done. Cool and spread on the base.

    Sweet pepper cut into half rings and evenly distributed over minced meat. Salt three eggs, beat and pour on top of the meat and pepper. Carefully break the remaining egg, trying not to damage the yolk and get exactly in the middle of the pizza.

    Season the dish with mayonnaise, spices and put in the oven for 25 minutes (temperature - 170-180 degrees). In this version, the central yolk should be well baked, and if cut correctly, its pieces will decorate each serving of pizza.

    Pizza with sausage and egg

    To prepare this dish you will need:

    • 400 g pizza dough;
    • two medium tomatoes;
    • 40 g of hard cheese;
    • 50 g of mayonnaise (better than "European");
    • 170 g of boiled sausage ("Doctor's", "Student", etc.);
    • four raw chicken eggs.

    Pizza dough on the water or roll out on kefir into a round cake of medium thickness. Spread on a greased baking sheet and grease with mayonnaise. From above, we evenly distribute the diced sausage and thin half rings of tomatoes over the base.     Pizza with carbonara sauce and egg

    Only yeast dough is suitable for this pizza, since Carbonara sauce is most successfully combined with a lush flatbread that has an appetizing aroma of freshly baked bread. Accordingly, you can buy a frozen semi-finished product or create delicious yeast dough(as an option - dry yeast pizza dough) on one's own. To create this version of pizza with an egg, 500 g of dough will be enough.

    And for the filling you will need:

    • 80 g of ham;
    • 100 g of hard cheese;
    • a teaspoon of tomato paste;
    • two large tomatoes;
    • 60 ml cream (15%);
    • one raw egg;
    • dried basil and oregano (optional)

    We roll out the finished dough, put it on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil. Three tomatoes (without skins) on a grater or turn them into puree with a blender. We drain the juice, leaving only the thick, which we spread directly on the dough. Arrange ham slices on top.

    Preparing the Carbonara sauce: Pour the cream into a saucepan, put it on the smallest fire and pour the whipped whites into the foam in a thin stream (when separating the proteins, we try to leave at least one yolk intact), constantly stirring. Cook for about 30 seconds until the sauce thickens under a spoon.

    Lightly sprinkle the ham with grated cheese (1/4 of the total), pour the sauce and evenly distribute the rest of the cheese over the base. We send the pizza to the oven for 7 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. After this time, we take it out and carefully pour the whole yolk into the center. Put it back in the oven for 10 minutes.

    Agree that scrambled eggs and tomatoes for breakfast is sooo good and tasty, but a hot, steaming company of scrambled eggs and tomatoes on freshly baked, crispy dough, combined with savory pizza sauce and melted, gooey cheese - it's doubly, no, triple good And damn tasty too!     Prepare pizza dough with half of the ingredients or - you get a more fluffy pizza. Or you can take the dough recipe that we prepared for the white ham pizza (thin pizza) and knead it in the evening, then take it out of the refrigerator in the morning and then cook the pizza according to the recipe. In this case, for one pizza, we also need half the ingredients.

    Pizza sauce can be bought ready-made, or you can replace it with tomato sauce of your choice or good quality tomato paste. And you can prepare a real, authentic one yourself in advance.
    For the filling, grate 50 g of mozzarella and 15 g of parmesan into different containers. 2 tomatoes washed, dried and thinly sliced.

    Put the dough on a table dusted with flour and roll into a layer as thin as possible (about 3 mm). To roll out the dough into a circle, you must first roll out the ball of dough with a rolling pin several times in opposite directions, i.e. up and down, and then, turning the dough layer over, roll it left and right, then up and down again, after turning the dough over, and so on until the dough layer becomes a circle of the desired diameter.

    If it is not possible to roll the dough into a circle, you can put a plate or a lid from a frying pan of the required diameter on the rolled out dough layer, and, drawing a knife along the edge of the plate, cut a circle out of the dough.
    Set the oven to preheat to approximately 250°C (or the maximum temperature for your oven).
    Next, transfer the dough onto baking paper. To make the dough more crispy, you can pre-lubricate the parchment with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle it with semolina or cornmeal. Brush the dough with the pizza sauce, leaving the edges intact.

    Lay the tomato slices over the cheese.

    Crack two eggs over the tomatoes, sprinkle the pizza with parmesan and a generous amount of salt, and season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. For spicy lovers, I advise you to season the pizza with red chili pepper to taste.

    Remove the hot baking sheet from the oven, transfer the parchment with the pizza to it and bake on a medium level in the oven preheated to the maximum for about 12-15 minutes, until the dough around the edges is browned. Remove the finished pizza from the oven and serve hot immediately.

    And that pizza with melted cheese! I took curds in Friendship Karat briquettes, I like them the most. If you wish, you can stop at the traditional version - hard or semi-hard cheese.

    Fresh garlic and spices - optional. If left out, pizza with boiled eggs will be very tender. I wanted to get not such a cute result at the output)), but something more piquant. Therefore, in tandem with garlic, I sent ground cayenne pepper! If you also use it, be careful - do not overdo it, it's hot! 😉 However, absolutely any kind of pepper is suitable for such a filling, as well as many other spices - coriander, thyme, rosemary, savory and others.

    • kefir - 125 ml
    • soda - 0.3 tsp
    • egg - 1 piece
    • butter - 30 g
    • premium wheat flour - 300 g (slightly less than 2.5 tablespoons)
    • salt - 0.5 tsp
    • * or 450-550 g of any other dough

    So, you can look at the link. In short - mixed soda into kefir and left for 5 minutes. I also added an egg, melted butter and salt, then flour. Ideally, the rolled ball should be placed in a food bag and left to rest for 20 minutes.

    The dough was rolled out and placed on a baking sheet. I lined it with foil (you can do without it) and greased it with oil. The layer on top was also smeared with olive oil to avoid the formation of a wet layer.

    Cherry washed, dried, cut into quarters, laid out at an equal distance from each other over the entire area.
