Radish salad with mayonnaise recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Small pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
    boiled eggs 3 pcs.
    salt - to taste
    radishes of normal size - 12-15 pcs.
    medium-sized cucumber - 4 pcs.
    white bread - 2 slices
    parsley (leaves) -
    oil vegetable
    juice
    lemon - 2 tbsp. l.
    white onion - 1 pc.
    mustard 1 tsp
    capers - 1 tsp (or olives)
    mayonnaise - 100 g
    olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  1. Peel the onion, cut it very much, put it in a bowl, pour it with ice water, add lemon juice, mix and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Slices of bread are greased on all sides with oil and fried in a frying pan until a light crust, then put on a wire rack, let cool to room temperature, cut into cubes.
  3. Cucumber cut into very thin slices. Cut the radish into pieces, and then each half into 3 parts. Grind the pickled cucumbers. Peel the eggs and cut into small pieces.
  4. Drain the onion in a colander, let dry and transfer to a large bowl. Add cucumbers, radishes, eggs and pickled cucumbers.
  5. Coarsely chop the capers and quickly mix them with the rest of the products
  6. Pour the dressing into the salad, mix well and quickly. Salt to taste. We spread the salad on plates, sprinkle with parsley leaves and slices of fried bread.

Warm toasts with radishes and sour cream

INGREDIENTS

  • sour cream - 1 cup
    coarse sea salt
    large radish - 1 bunch
    garlic - 1 pc.
    Borodino bread - 8 slices
    freshly ground black pepper
    dill - 1 large bunch
  1. Grind garlic and dill, punch through a blender along with sour cream until smooth. We put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. We select 8 of the best leaves from the radish tops. Peel the radishes from the tops, cut each radish lengthwise into four parts, then in each quarter we make notches across, not reaching the peel. Sprinkle the radish salt and pepper.
  3. Bread is fried in a toaster or oven. We spread on warm bread 1 tbsp. l. dill mayonnaise with a slide, put radish on top, decorate with radish leaves. We serve immediately.

Radish Salad with Cucumber, Tomato and Feta Cheese

For 2 servings of this wonderful spring/summer salad you will need:

1 large tomato;
1 long or 2 small cucumbers;
3-4 medium radishes;
1/2 bunch of green onions;
100 gr. Feta cheese;
salt, pepper and olive oil;
parsley and dill exclusively to your taste
Cooking:

1. Cut vegetables: cucumbers into small quarters, radishes can be cut into thin circles, tomatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the green onion.

2. Mix all vegetables and herbs in a salad bowl. Add diced feta cheese.

3. Salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and mix gently!
