  • half a dozen tablespoons of corn starch;
  • a little vegetable oil;
  • about half a kilogram of smoked chicken pulp;

How to do:

  1. One pancake is a mixture of a chicken egg and a tablespoon of cornstarch with salt to taste.
  2. Mix vigorously, getting rid of lumps and achieving maximum homogeneity. If it turns out thick, add a little water.
  3. For each pancake, the pan must be greased separately.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Turn the pancake over carefully, as it may tear.

What does it include:

  • a dozen large chicken eggs;
  • wheat flour;
  • mayonnaise;
  • a couple of large fresh cucumbers;
  • salt;
  • Provençal herbs;
  • can of sweets;
  • a couple of boiled chicken breasts;
  • garlic if desired.

How to do:

  1. For 1 pancake, take a couple of eggs, a pinch of Provençal herbs and salt, a couple of tablespoons of wheat flour and mayonnaise. Mix all the dry ingredients, add a beaten egg and mayonnaise to get the desired consistency like store-bought low-fat sour cream.
  2. Bake in a Teflon frying pan without adding vegetable or butter until golden brown on both sides.

How to do:

  • about half a kilogram of boiled chicken fillet;
  • a can of green peas;
  • large cucumber.

How to do:

  1. Beat eggs with salt until smooth.
  2. Add flour and stir so that no lumps form. This will be easy to do, because the dough will be quite thick.
  3. Dilute it with low-fat mayonnaise to the desired consistency.
  4. Bake in a hot frying pan until golden brown. You should get at least 4 pancakes.
  5. Tear the cooled pancakes into arbitrary pieces with your hands.
  6. Do the same with the fillet.
  7. Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
  8. Connect all the components.
  9. Add crushed garlic and full-fat mayonnaise.

A very light and airy salad that will not leave you feeling heavy in your stomach, even if you eat more than normal. An excellent option for cocktail parties. Can be served not only in a salad bowl, but also on large chips. Moreover, you can safely remove mushrooms from it or replace them with other, more favorite ones. The same can be done with fillet if, for example, you don’t like smoked meats.

  • smoked chicken fillet;
  • five large chicken eggs;
  • salt, spices;
  • small jar of pickled champignons;

How to do:
