If you add other types of cheese to the salad - processed or hard - the taste of the salad will change. With processed cheese it is more tender, with hard cheese it is bright and rich.

  • 300 or 350 gr. sausage cheese,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 4 cloves of garlic (you can use 5),
  • add mayonnaise to taste.

It is better to use chilled cheese, it then grates easier. Therefore, if you just purchased the cheese, keep it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. You can put it in the freezer for a few minutes.

Three cheeses on a coarse grater. Transfer to a salad bowl.

We wash the raw carrots in cold water and peel them. Grate on the same grater. Place in a bowl.

Separate the required number of cloves from the garlic, peel them, and wash them. Squeeze through a press or three on a fine grater. Put it in a bowl.

If we want to add an egg, boil it hard, cool, peel and grate it on a fine grater into the salad. But we are missing this step. We dress our salad with mayonnaise.

  • ripe tomato fruit – 1 pc.,
  • garlic (young) – 2-4 cloves,
  • wheat crackers – 100 g,
  • sauce (mayonnaise or sour cream) – 100 g.

  • sausage cheese - 200 gr
  • red onion - 200 gr
  • apple – 200 gr
  • mayonnaise - 150 gr

Peel the onion and cut into half-angles. At the same time, we try to cut it as thin as possible.

Place the chopped onion in a deep bowl and fill it with cold water - let it sit there while we prepare the rest of the ingredients. Alternatively, you can add a little vinegar to the water with which you pour the onions; I do this if I use white onions and not red ones. Grate the sausage cheese on a coarse grater. The cheese you need here is sausage, other hard cheese will not work. We wash the apple, wipe it dry and also grate it on a coarse grater. If you're afraid. If the apple darkens, you can sprinkle it with lemon juice.

Place the onion in a colander and let the water drain. Place it on the bottom of a large shallow plate. Lubricate with mayonnaise, put half of the prepared sausage cheese on top.

Then put the grated apple on the cheese and again coat it well with mayonnaise. In total, we get two layers of mayonnaise. In principle, you can coat each layer with mayonnaise, but then each time we put the mayonnaise in a “mesh”, otherwise our salad will drown in it.

The last layer is the remaining grated sausage cheese. At this point, the salad is almost ready, but it needs to be put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak. After which you can serve it to the table.
