The amount of flour will depend on the moisture content of the cottage cheese, you may need a little more, for dumplings you can take fresh cherries or frozen berries.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 kg of cottage cheese;
  • 0.5 cups of cherries;
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • egg;
  • 4 tablespoons of flour;

How to cook

We make the simplest dough for lazy dumplings. Cottage cheese, an egg and a couple of tablespoons of sugar are rubbed, we introduce a pinch of salt.
