Next, I cover it with a kitchen towel or film and set it to come up for an hour in a warm place. It is advisable to grease the bowl with vegetable oil, and only then put the dough into it.

    After an hour, it has increased very well and you need to knead it well before further work.

    Now I divide it into at least 12 parts, at least, and more can be. It is desirable that the pieces are approximately the same size.

    Now I will show you how to sculpt pies from yeast dough. To do this, I take one piece and pull it out to the sides with my hands to make a circle, but this can also be done with a rolling pin.
