We begin preparing the carp by rinsing it thoroughly under running cold water. Then we blot it with a dry towel and use a sharp knife to make cuts on the back to the bone (do not cut the fish completely).

Lightly salt the fish, remembering that salt at this stage is permissible in limited quantities. Add some ground black pepper.

Cut the ginger into thin slices (you don’t have to peel the skin). Peel the onions and cut them into thin half rings.

Insert the prepared onions and ginger into the cuts in the fish.

Place the steak in foil. The shiny side of the foil should be on the inside and the matte side on the outside.

Sprinkle the steak with a small amount of lemon juice.

  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • low-fat cottage cheese – 150 g.

  • fish (any acceptable on the diet) – 1 pc.;
  • tomato – 1 pc.;
  • dill - 1 bunch.

How to cook:

  1. Grind the bran. Add yogurt, salt, sugar, yeast, baking powder. Add egg, mustard. You will get dough. Leave in a dark, cool place.
  2. Boil the fish and mash.
  3. Chop the tomato and onion. Chop the dill.
  4. Fry the filling.
  5. Pour 0.5 dough into the mold. Place the fish. Pour in the remaining dough.

Cooking method:

  1. Grind the bran into flour. To do this, use a coffee grinder. If you don’t have a coffee grinder, try grinding the bran with a blender or masher. The smaller their structure, the more tender the cake will be.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. To stir thoroughly. Knead the dough. Make sure there are no lumps. Leave the dough to rest in a cool, dark place for 40 minutes. You can leave it on the table or cover it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator.
  3. Cut the onion into small squares or half rings. Choose sweet onions. It shouldn't be bitter.
  4. Boil the egg.
  5. Open canned fish, drain sauce or oil.
  6. Chop or grate the egg.
  7. Fry the onion until golden brown. Make sure that it does not become dry, otherwise the taste of the dish will be spoiled.
  8. Mix the filling ingredients with the egg and chopped canned fish. That's all, the filling is ready. It will take you no more than 20 minutes to prepare. At your discretion, you can also add various seasonings or fresh herbs.
  9. Pour half of the dough into the mold. Place the filling. Pour in the other half. Bake at 180 degrees.
