Canapes with chicken roll. Canapés on skewers: recipes with photos for your collection of ideas! “Canapes with tongue” - recipe

Today, for the convenience of my readers, I will put together a collection of canapés (recipes with photos) together. I haven’t written articles about these little sandwiches on skewers in a row, and it’s not so easy to find them on the site. To be honest, I myself encountered this inconvenience when preparing for a home holiday.

Here's just a summary!

All underlined red links will take you to recipe pages!

You can easily use salmon and trout for these canapés. If you are not sure that you can thinly slice fish, it is better to buy store-bought slices. I speak from experience - such a canapé looks much more professional :-).

- HERE, and - HERE

I decided to divide these canapés into two articles, since there were too many pictures, I did not want to cause difficulties with loading the page. I deliberately did not write about what type of cheese should be chosen for each sandwich. The flavors of cheese are so diverse that in any case you will get a new snack every time. Let's try!

Honestly, there are not 20 recipes, but much fewer. And there really are so many pictures demonstrating the design of canapés. I just haven’t found much variety in preparing simple shrimp appetizers, and complex ones don’t fit into the ideology of my blog.

Several interesting recipes for a buffet table. Simple products, bright “appearance” :-). Let's choose!

Canapés for a buffet table are a fairly popular form of food. The same cannot be said about the buffet table itself - in our country this form is still not as popular as traditional feasts.

The buffet format is used at official events, coffee breaks, conferences and business meetings. The main difference is the absence of chairs, that is, the guest has to take treats from the table and eat while standing. Therefore, canapés become a salvation for guests and event organizers.

Canapés are light snacks made from several ingredients connected with skewers. They are convenient to take, they are filling, but not heavy. The composition of canapés is limited only by the budget and imagination of the cook.

The appetizer can include both sophisticated red fish and simple and affordable herring. Quite often they use bread, sausage and its varieties, and cheese as a base. There are also vegetable and fruit canapés. It’s actually impossible to count the recipes - there are many of them, you just have to choose according to your budget and taste.

Canapes can be used not only for a buffet table. For a usual feast, including at home, this form is also very convenient. It can be used during outings, and also, for example, for fruit snacks on a sweet table.
