We use minced meat for the filling from any meat. A meat mixture in arbitrary proportions is also suitable. The fatter it is, the lower the percentage of fat content of the sour cream used. If desired, you can not add it at all. In this case, you need to put more onions fried in vegetable oil into the filling - for juiciness.

  • Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add sour cream there, add a little salt and beat.
  • Peel the onion, chop it finely and sauté in vegetable oil over medium heat until soft, remembering to stir.

8. Repeat the layers again two more times.

9. Cover the top of the pie with pancakes, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake everything in the oven for about half an hour at 180 C.

300 g boiled beef; 200 g champignons; 2 onions; salt, ground black pepper.

FOR FILLING:

2 eggs; 150 ml sour cream. Pancake pan with a diameter of 20 cm;baking dish 10x20 cm.

PREPARATION METHOD:

PANCAKE CAKE WITH CHICKEN LIVER

Ready pancakes—14 pcs.
-chicken liver-350g.

Pate:
Wash the chicken liver, remove films,

A large percentage of nuts in the “cream” ensures that you will not remain hungry even after one piece, and the dense structure of the casserole will allow you not only to eat it at home, but also to take it with you - say, uncut for a picnic, or in the form of a piece - to work.

Important: from these ingredients the pancake pie or cake turns out to be really large, for a large company. Well, or if for a family of four, then the dish is enough for dinner and the subsequent breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 pancakes (any kind),
  • 500-600 g cottage cheese (preferably low-fat),
  • 0.5 cups of nuts (ideally walnuts),
  • 3 tablespoons sugar,
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla sugar,
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream (and if the cottage cheese is dry, then 4 tablespoons),
  • 1 egg,
  • 1-2 spoons of flour,
  • Vanillin,
  • 3 tablespoons of milk.

It’s better to fry them in advance, then you won’t have much trouble preparing the casserole.

Chop the nuts. Ideally, in a mill (but not into flour, but in very small pieces). If you don’t have such a mill, you’ll have to work with a knife.


Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla, as well as nuts.


Mash the pancake pie filling well with a fork. Or better yet, use an immersion blender.
