Are you used to surprising your family with delicious pastries? Pay attention to the cake recipe with such popular ingredients as sour cream and condensed milk. The cakes turn out to be very tender on their own, and in combination with delicious cream - these are simply incomparable pastries, worthy of a festive table!

Cake with condensed milk and sour cream

This recipe combines 3 delicious fillings - sour cream, regular and boiled condensed milk. This flavor combination captivates from the first bite.

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • sour cream - 250 grams
  • egg - 2 pieces
  • condensed milk - 1/2 can
  • sugar - measuring cup
  • flour - a couple of glasses
  • soda - level spoon (teaspoon)
  • cocoa - a couple of tablespoons

For cream:

  • butter - 1 briquette
  • boiled condensed milk (“Toffee”) - one can

Cooking method:

To make the most delicate cake, start kneading the dough: in a deep bowl with a mixer at high speed, beat the eggs until foamy. Next, add sour cream, condensed milk, sugar, soda (slaked with vinegar), and beat again until fluffy. Reduce the speed and start adding flour little by little, after sifting it. Knead soft dough.

Next step: turn on the oven and set the thermostat to 200 degrees. Let it warm up, and in the meantime, divide the dough into four parts and add a tablespoon of cocoa to 2 of them. Roll out the cakes into circles with a diameter of approximately 22-25 centimeters. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the formed cakes on it. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a well-heated oven, then cool.

It's time to prepare the cream. Its recipe is as simple as possible: just beat softened butter with boiled condensed milk until smooth. Place the light cake on a wide plate, generously grease it with sweet cream, cover with a cake of a different color and repeat the procedure, forming a cake. For the top decoration you can use coconut or chocolate chips. Leave the finished product to soak for about two hours at room temperature, then cool for an hour in the refrigerator. Enjoy your tea!

Cake “Sour cream with condensed milk”

Lush airy cakes soaked in not too sweet sour cream - you must agree, a magical combination. Add chocolate glaze to this, and a fabulous dessert is ready.

For the test:

  • butter - 100 grams
  • 2 eggs (if small - 3 pieces)
  • can of condensed milk
  • 300-320 grams of premium flour
  • spoon of soda (teaspoon)
  • tablespoon cocoa
  • teaspoon vinegar

For cream:

  • 600 grams of sour cream 20% fat
  • 1/2 cup sugar

For the glaze:

sugar - 4-6 tablespoons

butter - 50 grams

2 tablespoons each sour cream and cocoa powder

Cooking method:

It is better to leave the oil out of the refrigerator for several hours. In a deep bowl, mash the butter and beat in 2 eggs, thoroughly rub the mixture against the walls of the dish. Then pour in a can of condensed milk and mix everything again. Quench a teaspoon of soda with one teaspoon of vinegar and pour into the resulting mass. Now add the sifted flour little by little, avoiding lumps.

Divide the resulting dough into two different bowls. Grease the pan with butter and place half of the dough to form a crust. Wet your palm with water and smooth the surface of the dough. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Add a spoonful of cocoa to the rest of the dough and put it in the oven immediately after the second cake is baked. You should not bake 2 cakes at the same time - one will not bake, and the second will burn on the bottom. Cut the baked cakes horizontally into two parts with a sharp knife. You should have 2 light and 2 chocolate thin cake layers. In a separate bowl, beat sour cream with sugar until it dissolves. The recipe is suitable for assembling the cake: alternating cake layers, coat them generously with cream to make a “zebra”.

Now all that's left to do is cook the glaze. Melt 50 grams of butter in a saucepan, but do not let it boil! Add a couple of tablespoons of cocoa and a few tablespoons of sugar, pour in 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Warm the glaze over low heat, stirring constantly. As soon as it starts to bubble, immediately remove and place the pan in a pan of cold water. Let the mixture thicken a little, then carefully spread on top of the cake. Enjoy your tea!

Tender sour cream with condensed milk

We present to your attention the king among sour cream cakes. Incredibly tasty, tender, airy, melting in your mouth - all the epithets are not enough to describe this cake. There is only one conclusion: the recipe must be implemented without delay in order to personally verify its unsurpassability.

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • 2 eggs
  • sugar - 210 grams
  • 10 grams vanilla sugar
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • one glass of sour cream 25% fat
  • half a can of condensed milk
  • heaped glass of flour (170 grams)
  • cocoa powder (20 grams)
  • teaspoon quicklime soda

For cream:

  • 500 grams of thick homemade sour cream
  • sugar measuring cup

For decoration:

  • milk chocolate bar
  • 120 grams of walnuts

Cooking method:

Take a deep container and beat the eggs into it, add the amount of sugar and whisk a little to completely dissolve the grains. Add sour cream and condensed milk, vanilla sugar and mix gently. The dough for the cakes will be liquid, approximately the same as for pancakes. Grease a mold (preferably a springform pan) with butter, pour out half of the dough and place it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Bake for 40-45 minutes, do not open the oven door for the first quarter of an hour. When the cakes are baked, let them cool and cut each one horizontally.

For a delicate cream, beat 400 grams of sour cream with a glass of sugar. If you couldn’t find thick homemade sour cream, use store-bought sour cream with at least 25% fat content. Liquid cream is suitable for soaking cakes. And to coat the top and sides of the finished product, add 1 packet of cream thickener to the remaining cream and beat with a mixer. Decorate the layered and coated cake with milk chocolate shavings and the sides with crushed walnuts. Leave the dessert at room temperature for an hour and a half, and then place it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy your tea!

Sour cream cake with condensed milk under glaze

This recipe is supplemented with chocolate glaze. You can use dark, milk or white chocolate at your discretion. But we highly recommend using white or milk chocolate. This way the delicate taste of the cakes will be highlighted most fully.

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • sour cream - 500 grams
  • sugar - 2 measuring cups
  • flour - 4 cups
  • vanilla sugar - 25 grams
  • cocoa - heaped tablespoon
  • baking soda - a third of a teaspoon

For cream:

  • sour cream with a fat content of at least 25% - 600 grams
  • can of boiled condensed milk
  • cream over 15% fat - 250 milliliters

For the glaze:

  • chocolate to your taste - 200 grams
  • cream - 200 milliliters

Cooking method:

To please yourself with delicious sour cream with condensed milk, use the following dough recipe: mix sour cream, regular and vanilla sugar thoroughly. Then add flour and soda. Knead the soft dough and divide it into two equal parts, pour cocoa into one of them. Divide each part in half again.

Grease the prepared baking dish with sunflower oil and lay out one part of the dough with the addition of cocoa. Bake the crust in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Do the same with the rest of the dough. Cool all 4 cake layers.

To prepare the cream, you need to combine the cream with condensed milk, and then add a dose of sour cream and mix everything thoroughly using a mixer. Grease each cake layer, generously, with cream. Lay them on top of each other, alternating light with dark. Also lubricate the sides of the product with cream, filling the voids. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours so that the cakes are well soaked in the cream.

It's time to cook the glaze. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath, remove from heat and pour in the cream. Whisk the mixture and coat the cake with frosting. Place the dessert in the refrigerator again until the glaze has completely hardened. If you have extra cream left, decorate the cake using a pastry syringe. For example: line the top with cream, and put a berry or nut in each resulting cell. Another equally effective decoration option is to sprinkle the finished sour cream with coconut white or colored shavings. Bon appetit!

Preparing a delicious dessert for the whole family is not a problem, because now you are familiar with the delicious sour cream with condensed milk. If you are expecting a large number of guests, choose your favorite recipe and double the ingredients. We're sure there won't be a crumb left by the end of the evening!

Hello, dear friends and subscribers! I think each of you had a favorite treat as a child. My favorite was condensed milk, I especially liked the homemade boiled one. I have maintained my passion for this product to this day. I also have a weakness for quick homemade sweets that don’t require a lot of fuss with the oven and dough. And one day I came across a recipe for how to make a cake with condensed milk without baking, quickly and easily. This kind of treat is always received with a bang in my family!

Once upon a time, condensed milk, according to GOST, was sold in iron cans with a blue label. It had to be cooked for several hours, making sure that the container did not burst. But the result was simply amazing. It was enough to grease a piece of loaf with the resulting cream and enjoy the most delicious cake. Today, condensed milk is sold already in a boiled state. But if you wish, you can do it the old fashioned way - put the jar in water and boil over medium heat for 2-2.5 hours, constantly adding water.

The range of purchased baked goods that can serve as the basis for a cake is very large. You can take shortbread, flaky and biscuit cookies, Oreos, crackers, gingerbread cookies, waffle cakes and much more. A delicious dessert can be made even from crackers, especially if you take sweet vanilla or poppy seeds.

You can experiment with the filling. For example, add nuts, raisins, coconut, bananas or other fruits.

And I want to offer you the simplest and most delicious recipes. They can be prepared both for a holiday and for a regular family tea party.

“Anthill” of cookies with condensed milk and butter - a classic recipe in 10 minutes

This is my favorite treat from childhood, which my mother and grandmother often pleased me with. In the classic version, you need to bake the base yourself, but here we will use a simplified version. Any cookie is suitable for preparation - the main thing is that it is fresh and breaks well. And the whole process will take you no more than 10 minutes.

Required Products:

  • 500 g cookies;
  • 200 g walnuts;
  • 350 g boiled condensed milk;
  • 50 g butter.

How to cook:

1. Grind the cookies into fine crumbs. To speed up the process, you can use a masher or rolling pin. Place the product in a plastic bag and roll it well with a rolling pin several times.

2. Crush the nuts into pieces and combine with the crushed cookies.

Do not crush nuts and cookies into fine crumbs; they should be of different sizes, but small.

3. Mix butter at room temperature with condensed milk and beat with a submersible blender or mixer. You can’t do without household appliances here, since the cream should be a homogeneous, smooth mass.

4. Pour the resulting cream into the mixture with cookies and nuts. Mix well, then place in a heap on a plate. You can decorate the top with chocolate or nuts. Place in the refrigerator for several hours.

No-bake gingerbread cake with condensed milk and sour cream

This dessert is my good friend's signature dish. To adjust the sweetness, you can slightly change the proportions of the components. For example, add a little more sour cream and less condensed milk, or vice versa. Instead of regular gingerbreads, take chocolate ones or ones with filling. I think a little jam or marmalade in the recipe wouldn’t hurt :)

You will need:

  • 250 g condensed milk;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 10 large gingerbread cookies.

Sequence of actions:

1. Cover a deep plate with cling film or polyethylene so that it extends beyond the edges. Cut the gingerbreads lengthwise into two parts.

2. Beat sour cream with condensed milk with a blender or mixer. Place the gingerbread halves on a lined plate, cut side up, in a single layer.

3. Lubricate the top with the resulting cream. Place a second layer of gingerbread and pour the sour cream mixture over again.

4. Alternate layers until you run out of ingredients.

The last layer must be coated with cream, otherwise the delicacy on top will turn out dry.

Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours to harden. Once time has passed, transfer it to a flat plate. This is done very simply - cover the container with the cake with a plate and turn the structure upside down. After this, all that remains is to remove the mold and remove the film. Pour aromatic tea and enjoy the deliciousness 😉

Cake "Napoleon" without baking from ear cookies with boiled condensed milk

I really love making this dessert according to the classic recipe: with thin cake layers and delicate custard. True, you need to spend almost a whole day preparing such a miracle. I can afford this luxury on major holidays. If you want to make a quick “Napoleon” for a family tea party, I recommend this option. Condensed milk, sour cream and puff pastry “ears” - and the amazing delicacy is ready!

List of ingredients:

  • 700 g “ears”;
  • 3 tbsp. boiled condensed milk;
  • 700 g sour cream;
  • 0.5 cups sugar;
  • 2 g vanilla sugar.

Step-by-step recipe with photos:

1. Using a mixer, beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Add condensed milk little by little and beat well again until stiff peaks appear.

2. Line a removable pan with parchment. Place the “ears” on the bottom in one layer, so that there is as little empty space as possible.

3. Grease the cookies with cream, place a second layer and cover them with cream again.

To get a real “Napoleon”, you need to lay out at least 4 smeared layers of “ears”. There should be sour cream on top.

4. To decorate, crush the remaining cookies into crumbs (using a blender or rolling pin) and sprinkle over the tops.

Leave the pan in the refrigerator for several hours (ideally overnight) so that the layers are well soaked. And the next day, take out the dessert and please your loved ones with a wonderful treat with tea.

How to make a simple cake from cookies with cottage cheese and condensed milk?

Cottage cheese is a very healthy product, especially for a growing organism. But children often flatly refuse to eat it. If you encounter such a problem, try making a cookie treat with curd cream and condensed milk. Delicious marshmallow cake with condensed milk - quick recipe

Marshmallows are another ideal option for the base of a treat. It turns out not only tasty, but very tender and airy, with a filling that melts in your mouth. Top with cookie crumbs, chocolate chips or nuts and refrigerate for 20 to 60 minutes.

How to make a cake without an oven from Rybka crackers and condensed milk?

I call this dessert “Lazy Fish” because fish-shaped crackers work best for it. But you can also use other layered cookies (not salted). Children really enjoy the cooking process, so you can take the kids as helpers.

  • 300-350 g “Fish” crackers;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 500 g sour cream;
  • 1 packet of vanillin;
  • sugar to taste.

You don't have to add sugar if you don't like too sweet desserts.

2. Place the crackers in a container, pour in sour cream and stir until it covers all the cookies well.

If you wish, you can add nuts, raisins or coconut flakes (while mixing all the ingredients or as a topping). And leave in the refrigerator for several hours.

Waffle cake made from ready-made cake layers with condensed milk

What could be simpler and tastier than a dessert made from wafer cakes with boiled condensed milk? This classic version is prepared in a matter of minutes and will appeal to all those with a sweet tooth. The most difficult part of cooking is waiting several hours for the waffles to soak well.

You will need:

  • 200 g butter;
  • 1.5 cans of condensed milk;
  • ready-made waffle cakes;
  • nuts, coconut or chocolate chips (optional).

Cooking process:

1. Beat butter with boiled condensed milk until smooth.

2. Spread the cakes well with the resulting cream, decorate and leave for 1-2 hours to soak.

To ensure that the cake is well soaked, you can put it under a press - in this case, there is no need to grease the top cake.

Sweet dessert of meringue without baking with condensed milk and butter cream

An original version of the classic “Anthill” from my mother-in-law. Instead of cookies, you need to take meringue, ready-made or baked yourself. I made it from regular store-bought white cakes. If you find colored meringue with nuts or some kind of filling, it will turn out even tastier.

Required Products:

  • 200 g meringue;
  • 400 g boiled condensed milk;
  • 110 g butter;
  • 60 g of any nuts;
  • 2 tbsp. grated chocolate.

Cooking method:

1. Dry the nuts a little in a dry frying pan, grind in a blender or using a rolling pin so that you get fine crumbs.

2. Beat the condensed milk with butter until you get a homogeneous cream of a beautiful golden hue.

3. Grease the meringue with cream on all sides and place in any suitable container in one dense layer without empty spaces. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.

4. Form a second layer of meringue in the same way as the first. Coat each cake with cream and place tightly on the surface.

5. Repeat the procedure until you run out of food and the top can be made into a slide.

If you want a more original treat, try alternating nut crumbs with coconut flakes. Or just use a different type of nut for each layer (walnuts, peanuts, cashews, etc.).

No-bake banana cake - recipe from cookies with condensed milk

Bananas are a great texture for this type of dessert. The fruit will not spoil it with a large amount of juice, and at the same time it will give a touch of freshness and tenderness. You can use any base, but it works best with chocolate or biscuit cookies (tastes like tiramisu).

Required ingredients:

  • 400-500 g cookies;
  • 150 g condensed milk;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 3-4 bananas;
  • grated chocolate for sprinkling (optional)

Step by step recipe:

1. For the cream, mix sour cream with condensed milk. If you don't like sweets, the amount of condensed milk can be reduced, or vice versa. Cut the bananas into slices - the thinner the better.

2. Line a baking pan or baking sheet with foil and place the cookies in one layer so that there are no empty spaces between them.

A little secret: to make the cake soak faster, you can dip each cookie in milk or strongly brewed tea.

3. Grease the layer with cream and place banana slices on top, followed by another layer of cookies greased with cream.

4. Alternate layers of cookies and fruit until you run out of ingredients. Spread the remaining cream on top and sides and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Place the treat in the refrigerator for several hours to harden.

  • 180 g butter;
  • 1 can of condensed milk.

Place the delicacy in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to harden, then turn it onto a plate and decorate the top to taste.

Delicate jelly cake with condensed milk and gelatin

The only drawback of quick desserts made from condensed milk is that they turn out a little unsightly. It can be placed on the festive table only for “our own people”. If you need a quick and easy no-bake recipe for a feast with guests, try making a jelly cake with gelatin. It looks just perfect, especially if you try and beautifully decorate the surface with any cream or fruit.

I hope you enjoyed the condensed milk desserts in today's episode. Like, share your favorite recipes with friends, leave comments and see you again!

Perhaps there is no holiday that would be complete without sweets on the festive table. But not everyone can bake something, some don’t have time, others simply don’t like to mess with the oven. But there were savvy people and they came up with condensed milk in a hurry. The cake will be made by yourself; to be sure of preparation, you can look at the photo. And if you decorate it beautifully, no one will guess that it was not cooked in the oven.

All of the above and condensed milk without baking will make it easier for housewives to work in the kitchen.

Break the biscuits into small pieces and place in a blender bowl. If you don't have a blender, you can simply crush the cookies with a rolling pin. Also add 100 g of softened butter into the blender bowl.

Cover the blender with a lid and grind the cookies and butter until fine crumbs.

Peel the banana and cut into thin slices. It is better to use moderately ripe fruit, not green or overripe (it is too soft).

Line a deep bowl or salad bowl with cling film. Pour in 1/3 of the cookie crumbs and smooth.

Throw the remaining soft butter into a deep glass, add full-fat sour cream and condensed milk.

For 3 minutes, beat sour cream, condensed milk and butter with a whisk - manual or mechanical. The mass should be homogeneous.

Pour a few spoons of condensed milk, sour cream and butter mixture on top of the cookie layer and smooth it out.

Place banana slices on top, evenly and neatly.

You can add a little more sour cream and butter mixture. Then make a second layer of cookies and repeat all the manipulations. If there are still products left, make another layer. The number of layers depends on the diameter of the bowl. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator to harden.
