Mix the egg and butter with a mixer or blender. It is desirable that these foods are at room temperature. Then add soda, salt, sugar and sour cream. Stir. By the way, sugar can be added in smaller quantities, because it all depends on the filling - if the filling is not sweet, then put no more than 1 teaspoon of sugar in the dough. At the very end, add a glass of flour to the dough. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to create a soft, pliable dough. Pour another glass of flour on the table and lay out the dough. It should be noted that the sour cream dough should not be dry, like yeast dough, for example. A properly prepared dough with sour cream should stick a little to your hands. If you try to make a drier dough and add flour, then after baking it will turn out to be very hard.

To prepare a dough with sour cream, you will need: 1 glass of sour cream, 4 glasses, a teaspoon of soda, 1 teaspoon, 2 and 200 g of margarine.

Sift wheat flour. Freeze margarine and grate. Combine flour, grated margarine, eggs, sour cream, salt and baking soda in a deep bowl. Stir all the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Roll the sour cream dough into a ball and refrigerate for about half an hour. After that, dust it with flour again and roll it out.

Universal dough with sour cream

For cooking, you will need: a pinch of salt, 3 cups of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, 200 g of butter-flavored margarine, 200 g of sour cream. Cut the margarine into cubes and let stand at room temperature. Then add sour cream to it and knead thoroughly until smooth. Set aside half the flour and mix the rest with salt and baking powder. Add flour to sour cream and margarine. Knead the dough first with a spoon and gradually add flour. When the dough becomes firm, continue kneading it with your hands. Roll the finished dough on sour cream into a ball, wrap it in plastic and send it to the refrigerator for 40 minutes. When the dough is infused, you can roll it out.
