1. Naturally, we start with the preparation of pork: soak the meat for 15-20 minutes in ordinary cold water, then rinse it and dry it with a paper towel / napkin. Next, cut the pork into portions of medium size (about a finger thick), while trimming off excess fat, veins, etc. Gently beat each piece of meat with the ribbed side of a kitchen hammer on each side, covering the pieces with cling film so that the meat juice does not splatter on the sides during the beating.

2. Now the chops should be properly rubbed with salt, black (preferably freshly ground) pepper and, if desired, other favorite spices and seasonings. We clean a few cloves of garlic and rub them on a fine grater (you can just pass through a press). We rub each piece of meat with garlic, which we then put in a bowl, cover with the same cling film on top and put the meat in the refrigerator for a while.

We continue to prepare the rest of the products. We take the butter out of the refrigerator, transfer it to a convenient container and cut it into small cubes so that it softens faster. Peel the chilled eggs and rub them on a fine grater.
